Problem in Bed We have a problem. Both Mozart (10 yrs old) and Emmy (1 yr old) sleep in bed with us. Recently Emmy has been waking up from a deep sleep and jumping and growling at Mozart. I guess maybe he moves, and it startles her. He has gotten so scared that he doesn't want to be anywhere near her on the bed. He jumps in my husband's or my arms and starts to breathe heavily. It scares me because he is getting older now. She, on the other hand, feels bad after she does it and tries to nuzzle him. He wants nothing to do with her at that time. I have scolded her, but I feel bad because I don't think she means to do it. I am confused as to what to do about it. Any suggestions? |
sorry i have no advice, however it just seems to me that your little girl that the attitude of a typical cajun gal ;) |
Wow! Isn't it amazing how the meaning of phrases takes on a different life once you have yorkies? I knew EXACTLY what this thread was about before I even clicked on it, but had to chuckle. I have no suggestions though. Has this been going on a long time? If it's new, then I guess I would let them work it out, but I'm not in your situation. Maybe someone else can be more helpful. Hope you find a solution soon. |
I really don't know either. Have you tried putting both on different sides of the bed? Maybe, one could sleep next to you and the other one next to your DH.. I hope someone on here can help you out. |
