This is just so tragic! The owner of the Lab and Pit Bull was totally nonresponsive! Shame on him! He shouldn't be allowed to own dogs if he is that irresponsible, IMO! When the newsteam was there the dogs were still in her back yard and at her door!:eek:

Considering that she has small children and the dogs have proved vicious, I certainly would take the neighbor to court. Too bad for the Lab and Pit Bull. But it falls on the head of their owner. Shame on him.

That is just so sad!! If someone is going to have dogs they need to make sure they are contained!

This is just so horrible and sad. I agree, if you can't or won't control your dogs, then you have no business with them. They only bring heartache to others and the dogs.

That is so heartbreaking. I don't think I could handle living like that. I hope she takes them to court. :(

I guess the thing that most amazed me was the seeming nonchalance that was exhibited by the owner of the two. AND I believe she is right to fear for her skinkids. For goodness sake....that is her yard and her house...she should be able to feel safe and actually be safe in her own home.

I think the man should be charged with child endangerment.

If dogs ever made it into my yard and hurt our yorkie, they would never be seen again. Sorry to be so horrible, but sometimes you have to take matters into you own hands.

This is just terrible. Mine was attacked by a Boxer last year while I was walking her. The other dog was not on a leash and the owner thought she could take her dog to the mail box with no problem. Yeah Right! If I had a dollar for everytime a personwith a large dog said " My dog is friendly and they would never do that"- I would no longer have to work! She did pay for the vet bills but the damage is done- my Roxie no longer likes to walk and is scared of everything that moves.

I am not sure what I would do, but I know he wouldn't be enjoying his dogs while mine is gone! :mad:
