How Did She Know? Shes so in touch with w. my feelings. I warn you before proceeding to read my post. it might be a lil gross to some... well i was sick ALL last nite. I woke up, went to the bathroom and shut the door. Inside I was just doubled over in pain. It must have been something I ate. I mean I was in PAIN! (ive always had tummy issues) well about 5 mins passed and I guess my lil girl got worried and hopped out of bed and ran to the bathroom door. She scratched it a tad and gave a lil bark. im sure she meant... Mommy, r u ok? I was hurting so bad that i didnt answer. well next thing i know she has scratched bumped and pushed the door open somehow (its a pocket door) and ran inside to my rescue. she scoped me out and then hopped up a bit and looked into my eyes. to make sure they weren't dilated I assume. :D Well she spent most of the night by my side, giving me kisses and checking up on me. my lil doctor. at one point someone tried to move her from me so i could be more comfortable but she fought them off and hopped right back into bed to nurse me back to health.... i am feeling a bit better but it still hurts.... she done the best she could and is taking a lil nap. just wanted to share!! i didnt know she cared for me this much!! shes just a pup of almost 5 months so i figured it was all about her sorry if i grossed anyone outtttt |
Clever little baby! :) |
Awwwww that's sweet :) She was worried about her mama. I hope you get to feeling better soon~ |
Aww, how sweet! They know when we don't feel good. If I cry, Max is always right there giving me kisses:wub: |
That's so sweet! I think they can sense when we're sick, sad, or just need hugs. Emma's always right by my side when I'm upset or not feeling well, and Milli's right there with LOTS of kisses and likes to rub her face on mine :) I don't know how they know-but I'm so glad they do! |
ooooooo gf hope u r better soon. My son had a tummy thing the other nite, I guess its going around, he had same probs. Feel better soon!!! Duncan and Piper send hugs! |
Awww...that was sweet. She was worried. I hope you feel better today. |
How adorable!! She LOVES you!!! |
They do know when we are sick. I came home from surgery one time and my hubbie was worried that the dogs would jump on me and hurt me and they all came up to me like they were walking on egg shells!! No one jumped, they sensed that they shouldn't!! Amazing creatures, aren't they? |
Only five months old and already knows to check your eyes for dilation??? You've got a winner on your hands, I'd say! :D I'd be afraid that Coby would have been in there just saying, "Can you get back to bed already??? - Our side is getting cold!!" |
wow! i think they can sense and smell when we are sick. (like seizure dogs) when i'm sick my little guy stays right by my side. |
thanks everyone! it sure helped in making me feel a bit better (still in bed)! shes such a sweetheart! <3 her |
Aww Bindi is soo smart! What a good little doctor!!! Hope youre feeling better! |
Aw that is so sweet! I hope you feel better today. |
Hope you are feeling better. Hubby and I always call Tino and Lola our little "nurses". Whether it be a bumped head of full blown surgery, both of our dogs are very sensitive to the fact that either Mommy or Daddy are hurt. They also seem to know if we are sad and Tino has literally licked the tears from my eyes before. Animals truly are amazing! |
