What I was thinking I could do to help get rid of this "short hair itch" is to just do it to Stedman :p Reason being is because his hair is nowhere NEAR Tatum's length anyway. I HAVE to keep his hair shorter because of that darn belly band  His hair tangles easier than Tatum's does too, so it would actually be easy for me to do it to him.....I THINK?? LOL. Heck, I don't know!! |

I LOVE Rylie's hair...it is so pretty and will get prettier and prettier as it grows :) I do have pictures of Stedman when the first (and ONLY) groomer we ever took him too nearly butchered him, and I absolutely HATED his hair that short (he was SHAVED )...I would never go that short with him again. Just trim him up a little and even everything out. There is no telling. Knowing me I will probably just end up giving them their usual little trims and be done with it cause deep down I think I really am too chicken to do anything else lol :p Hey I never asked you, are you keeping Rylie?? I thought you said that you were only going to have him for a month, or a few months but maybe I am just dreaming :p He is SO cute! Love his adorable little face! :) |

I know where you are coming from, I have several yorkies with lllloooong hair. When I get over whelmed I braid it in corn rolls:aimeeyork They don't seem to mind and it sure helps me.:eek:. I even do this when they are having puppies:animal-pa. Try it, it might work for you |

I personally wouldn\'t cut Tatum\'s hair - especially if you don\'t mind the upkeep. Our Tatum has a long layered cut that still "looks long" but is not one-length to the floor. I love that look. It also doesn\'t look so messy after she runs around outside - it just looks windblown and "flippy" with those layers - and believe me, she can get messy outside! Good luck with your decision! |
