Oh God, we haven't heard back from her in a while, I'm nervous, I hope the furbutt ran and hid under the bed, LOLOL!! Did someone go to her house and take the clippers away? ;)

With the boys, I half way caved in....I keep Ben and Macy really short...But I want Barney to be long....He has beautiful hair and it is sooooo easy to keep.....

I have been debating over Pixie's hair too..I cut it a bit shorter round her face and feet and trimmed a bit round her body but i'm too scared to go any shorter in case i muck it up and she looks awful..her hair is pretty long and it looks so pretty freshly washed and groomed...but like you said..Pixie loves the garden and will often roll in the grass, her topknot will end up hanging over her face and bits of garden matted in her hair!:rolleyes: i'm constantly refixing her hair..it does get time consuming i must say!:eek:

Do it. What's the big deal? It'll grow back anyway and you'll be able to say you tried it once. :coffee_n_

Tatum is beautiful! But, I know how you feel because Jake's hair is long and it's soooo hard to take care of. I am trying to work up the nerve to cut Jake's for the summer. It's just not practical for the summer when he's running around in the yard. I've decided I'm going to get it cut in the summer and then let it grow out in the winter. I think he needs it for warmth! lol

You poor thing. I hate decisions like that. Sugar had short hair when we got her last June and I wanted to see her with long hair so I let it grow until last week. It was getting fairly long and it was pretty immediately after I brushed it, but then she would shake her entire body and go roll around outside and it would look like I never brush her. When I had her groomed last week I told them to take her short on her body but to leave some length on her face. We go camping and hiking so I knew she didn't need to have long hair this summer. I hate picking burrs out of her hair. Anyway, the lady who cut her hair has a yorkie of her own and I trusted her to kind of do what she wanted w/ my general instructions. She trimmed her head hair, took her body hair fairly short, but left a little length on her legs and a very short (almost not there) skirt. I wasn't sure I'd like it but I figured she could cut her legs short to match her body if I hated it. She looks so cute. It's a snap to take care of her now and she loves that I don't have to brush her forever to get tangles out after she's been outside.

Your baby looks beautiful with long hair and I'm sure she'd look beautiful with short hair. You aren't really thinking about "shaving" her are you? Just cutting her short? Good luck and I can't wait to hear what you decided. Just remember that it will grow back if you cut it and you don't like it. Also, you can just keep dresses on her and no one will even notice that you cut it. Maybe you could donate her hair to Locks of Love...sorry Amelia! Just an thought! lol
