No YORKIE in Dog Show!!!
 
I watched the Dog Show on Animal Planet last night, we had it TiVoed...and while watching the Toy Group we never saw the Yorkie...we rewinded and rewinded it over and over again looking for it but never saw it...is it just me or am I right?? If so, how could they not have a Yorkie that is my favorite part it the 45 seconds that they show the Yorkie!!! I know Magic and Sailor were disappointed as well.... :(

I saw a Yorkie. She was in a puppy cut.

The show was a re-run (first aired in April) but you're right, I didn't see a yorkie either. I DVR'd it as well (hate sitting through the commercials during dog shows) and kept looking at the toy group but couldn't see one. I even re-wound it to look at the terrier group to see if it was there. There was a silky terrier there, but no yorkie. Baffles me to think a yorkie didn't quailfy :confused:

There definitely was a Yorkie in a puppy cut. They didn't show much of the Maltese or Shih Tzu either.

Kristy - was it in the toy group? Beginning or the end? I'm going to go watch that part again, cuz I swear I didn't see one :confused:

PinkMartini - - I am with you...I looked and looked but could not find one...I'll have to go back and watch it again and see if I can find it this time!!! Maybe it is just us...

It happened during the commercial break. You know how they showed that special part of the dogs "who were shown during the commercial break". They mentioned the Maltese's name was Sasha and he was a male. You could see the Yorkie (def not a Silky) in the background. I'm pretty sure you could also see it running behind the Shih Tzu. I don't have it recorded in front of me, but I watched it twice (replays) on Animal Planet just to make sure I wasn't going crazy. They said something about it being a baby, too - and therefore it could be a in a shorter puppyish cut.

I didn't see one either! I thought that I was going crazy, so I rewinded it (gotta love DVR) and neither Bryan nor I saw it! I do remember the Maltese though!

I did not see one either. I was so disappointed! :(

I was excited to see a Havanese though. It was so gorgeous. I am thinking about getting one in the future, but not anytime soon! Don't worry though, Yorkies will always hold my heart all to themselves! :D

I just re-watched it. Still didn't see a yorkie. Puppy or not. We are talking about the Eukanuba Tournament of Champions in Pennsylvania, right? During the "Who were shown during the commercial break" I couldn't see anything behind the maltese :confused:
