Luig met his new neighbor!!!!
 

I am sooo excited!!!! Today we were over at our new house and we were picking out paint colors and all that good stuff, and we were getting ready to leave, and the neighbor who just moved into the home next door came outside to say hello!!! And they had the cutest little 12 week old 1/2 yorkie, 1/2 maltese puppies I have ever seen!!!! They just got him yesterday!!! His name is Harley!!! Luigi was very curious to see what he was, but after a while they were playing and Harley was following Luig all over!!! It was soooo sweet!!!! Luig was so gentle with him!!! My heart melted watching him with the new pup!!! Then Harley tried to hump Luig and Luig ran from him!!!! But they absolutely loved each other!!!! We will be going back over there on Tues- so I will try to post some pics of them- I will have my camera ready for that!!! And since we know that Luig got along soo well with a little pup- we are for sure going to get another Yorkie pup this winter!!!! After we are all moved in and settled in the new home!!!! What a great way to meet our new neighbors!!!!

Oh-- and since its a brand new house- we have no grass yet-- only dirt and Luig REFUSES to peepee or poopoo on the dirt!! He will sniff and sniff- but nothing! As soon as we got home- he ran right over to the grass here at the condo and did his business!!! He ran like he couldn't get there quick enough!!! :D :D

That is so great! Luigi has a little friend! Now you can have playdates and puppy sitting sessions! How exciting!! I cannot wait to see pictures! Poor Luigi though, how will he ever go potty there? I guess he will get used to it soon enough!

That's so great !! Your Luig is gonna be a spy boy at your fence for REAL when you move in - I can't wait to see pictures - I love when they meet a new playmate and fall in love ....it's so fun watching them with others - it's almost like we're watching them as a bystander and it's totally entertaining - How great you have a NICE small doggie neighbor - not a big rottie or pitt that would scare the he** out of you !!

How exciting. Friendly neighbors, new house, fun decorating and a playmate all at the same time.

Yes- we are excited!!!! Except I am driving my hubby crazy with the whole color thing! I have like 200 swatches laying around! And Luig is sooo confused- they don't look like toys, but they are on the floor!! So he tries to play with them!!! Its sooo funny!!!!
And soo far- we are the only 2 with samll dogs! Everyone else on the street also has dogs, but they are all Labs, or Golden Retrievers or Great Danes!!! But from what everyone is saying- all the dogs are soooo nice!!! Little Harley has met them all and they were soo gentle too!!! And 1 bulldog up the road!!
We are going to buy a patch of sod to take over there for him, so maybe he will peepee there?!! Who knows!!

Aw, heck. Don't worry about having the only 2 small dogs on the street. You'll just start a new trend. LOL Glad you're enjoying it, life is short. LOL Sylvia
