A Big Thank You from Joey's Dad I know a lot of you heard about our accident with Joey. I am Joey's Dad, Jeremy, and I just want to say thank you to all of you on YT for your prayers and for being so supportive. I cannot begin to tell you the magnitude of grief, misery, and guilt that I went through after stepping on my little guy. I truly believe that our quickness in getting him to the hospital and most importantly ALL YOUR PRAYERS helped save Joey's life. I am truly grateful for everything, sincerely grateful. Thank you. |
You are so welcome! It is so nice of you to say such a nice thing. We all felt terrible when this happened, so I could imagine what you went through. The main thing is that he's going to be allright and that's all that matters... |
you are so very welcome!!!i am so happy to hear that joey is doing good! may god bless you and your family :) |
Im so happy that Joey is doing fine. God bless Joey and your family. TY for your nice post. We all love everyone's babies and we also feel when they are sick. |
That's what friends are for, and I'm so glad he's going to be alright. |
I'm SO GLAD he came thru everything ok..what a huge scare for you and I know you feel awful ...but remember... we've all been there at one time - some of us just got lucky and avoided injury - I'm happy he's doing so good ! |
There was actually a thread posted once about how we have all accidently scooted (gentle word for accidently kick) our pups. There was a big response to that particular one because the puppies are always trying to be by your feet. Thank God Joey is doing so well. In a moment like you had with Joey, priorities change themselves around so quickly and you know all that matters is that little guy getting better. How very nice of you to be so open and thankful, you sound like a GREAT Dad to little Joey!  |
you are very welcome! you must be a great dad to little joey. it was very nice of you to make that post. we love everyone's babies here, and if something happens to one of them, we feel the pain with their parents. thank god that joey is doing better!! he is a little miracle. god bless you, your family, and little joey. |
Hey Joey's dad, our hearts just went out to you and Joey's mom and of course your little guy when you posted about the accident. We could feel the desperation in your posts. Joey is our little miracle pup and we all breathed a huge sigh of relief as we saw he was going to recover. Many many prayers were said for you all. You are all valued members of this YT family. We'd love to see pix of your little rascal when you can post some. God Bless! |
You are welcome!!! I am glad Joey is doing so much better! |
Oh, that is so sweet of you to post. We were all so worried about little Joey. Yorkie Talk is the first forum I've ever gotten involved in and it's amazing how much everyone cares for one another and their beloved babies! It's like a family on here and families stick together during bad times. I'm just so glad it all worked out for Joey. |
Thank you for your thoughtful post Joey's Dad. Joey's story will hopefully save others from being injured in the way he was. I know that I have told my family not to play the "chase game" with my dogs...even tho' they love! It seems like such a harmless game and accidents are going to happen no matter how hard we try to prevent it. We are so glad that Joey recovered completely and we would love to see pictures and hear more stories about him. Thank you for taking the time to post. We followed the story everyday when he was in the hospital and at home recovering and he is very special to us all here on YT. |
I was in Vegas at the time this was posted...that's how I missed it! I'm so glad that everything turned out good for you guys! |
I am so glad Joey is better. I bet you are so relieved to have him healthy again!! |
I haven't been around in a while but I'm always glad to hear good news!! :D |
