Pet sitter dvds Hey another question from me lol. Has any one bought the pet sitter dvs? We are going on a trip to Louisiana from Maryland in May and Callie is going, it will be one and a half to two days on the road kinda boaring for her and I was thinking about getting those dvds and putting them in the portable dvd player we have, for her to watch them to pass some of the time. Does this sound like a good idea/ are those dvds any good? |
I had never heard of them. It actually sounds interesting for a car ride. My guys pay zero attention to the television, so they wouldn't do me any good. But if yours shows interest in the TV, what could it hurt? That is a long time in the car. We took Eddie on a 2-week car-camping trip when he was just a pup, and he performed like a champ. He's been a great traveler ever since. Good luck. If you do it, be sure to let us know how it worked. |
Ellie is going to go on a very long car ride soon and since she likes to sleep in the car, I was thinking she would do that the whole way. Reading this is making me think that maybe it was wishful thinking on my part and she will be bored. Now I don't know what to do and how to keep her entertained. |
Parker has sat in his car seat and watched movies with the grandkids. I have a built in DVD player in my vehilce and the screen drops from the roof. As long as there is lots of movement , his car seat sits high and he will sit there and bobble his head to the movements.......it is so funny to watch. If he is playing in the living room with his toys and the TV is on, and something catches his eye on the TV , he will drop his toys and watch till he gets bored with it. I ordered him a console seat because him and I are going on a long trip together, not thinking about the screen being in the back.......guess I will just take both his car seats with me. Try seeing if you baby will watch a children's movie with movement in them. |
