IS this a scam..Help!
 

I received this email from a breeder after inquiring about the pups she had for sale....stupid I know but cant remember where i got her info..looking/searching many breeders for a yorkie..I will try and trace my steps to find out for sure..here is her email to me:

I am sorry the Yorkie babies have been adopted,hopefully i will be having a new litter by september 2008,if you would be interested in adopting else where i could refer you to one of my old client who adopted 3 Teacup Yorkie babies (1 Male and 2 Female) from me 3 weeks ago he is a doctor and was formally with,
International Federation Of Red Cross and Crescent Societies. Dallas Area Chapter,4800 Harry Hines Boulevard, Dallas,75234,TEXAS.
Part of their project is a joint initiative of International HIV/AIDS Alliance which is been sponsored by World Health Organisation(WHO) and World Bank.he is part of the NGO(Non Governmental Organisation)movement and have just been transfered to West Africa to head a Center in Nigeria.Before leaving for Nigeria he adopted 3 Teacup Yorkie babies from me,but due to her work in Africa which has created less time for her to take good care of the puppies she has asked me to help her put the 3 adorable babies for adoption for free.all you have to do is pay the cost of shipping,the puppies are currently 12 weeks old and are akc registered,with complete papers.she is presently in West africa with the puppies,contact her immediately if you are interested.You can reach hierat.

I ran into so many similar stories when I was looking for my Yorkie...mostly that they were on mission in Africa and that the Yorkie was free...

Ah yes, notice how they try to give you way more info then you need to make you feel like your dealing with a good samaritan (sp?) even. Total scam, the puppy will have to be rehomed because of the climate there, she/he can't tolerate it. They will let you have them for the low cost of shipping only, so let them know your nearest airport and western union that money over right away.

Yep it is a scam..someone in another group I am in just got the same exact email.

Yep it is a scam ! but notice how this scammer actually sounds literite for a change ( well written grammatically correct AND good spelling ! ) seems like our scammers have come up a notch :(

They go everywhere to put on this adv. for scamming, in France, I heard that some French have fallen on this scam. I even had this when I was looking for my Gigo last year, the African guy kept sending me to tell the baby dog awaiting for me to adpot, finally, I ignored him for a reason that I rather paid more than risking for a loss. I was right though. They still run around the French sites for this scam but nobody can stop them. We can only keep telling people about this scam....... :mad:
