Baby Boy - Adopt Him! |
what a cutie. I live to far. |
Gosh, I'd love to... He's a doll. I would ask my mom to but we have a Scottie bitch that we are debating breeding. He does look like a sweet little compainion, though. |
I just think he's so precious but I live to far away |
Did you try regional? Because that's the best way to get word out there. |
Oh how I wish I could, but my boyfriend and my budget won't allow it. I hope some fun-loving YTer adopts him so that we know he will be taken care of properly. :heart to |
Oh my gosh I totally would. I just live far :( |
I can't but I wish I could. Little cuties like him find homes fast though so don't worry. |
aww poor lil guy!! i hope he finds a good home! |
he is sooo cute. Someone better go get him. :) |
I always see a dog that I want to adopt but most of the time they are too far from where I live. Darn :( About 3 months ago, I tried to adopt this little tiny 2.8 lb Yorkie girl who was 12 years old. That is a little bit older than I want but I was willing to make the remainder of her life great and full of life. She was being fostered in Orlando, FL and my hubby and I were willing to drive there (a looooong drive) to pick her up. But they said we're just too far. I was so sad. :( |
I think that if you are willing to make the drive there they should allow you to adopt her. The rescue that I work with has people all over the US that will do home visits and stuff no matter where you are located. It just opens it up to make sure that the dog gets a home. |
AWWWWW! That poor baby. I can see why the breeder would not take him back..I don't intend to be mean but what I am going to say is somewhat unkind. I am not putting him down and I will be the first one to say he deserves a loving, caring home. But, the sad truth is-he is a poorly bred boy and the breeder knew that she would not find another so uneducated about the Yorkie characteristics, as to pay the price she sold him for. PLEASE, OH, PLEASE do your homework BEFORE making that purchase. This baby has been in at least 2 homes and he is not even half a year old. That is so sad but this happens for the same reasons we get the quality we see in pet shops and eventually in rescue.. If anyone thinks I am speaking ill of a rescue org or the loving home I hope he finds. I am not!! I am saying that yet another irresponsible breeder has made bucks off of her puppies back without giving a rat's patoot about the home where she placed him.. The puppy is suffering because of, well, I am gonna stop now before I get really angry.. |
I agree with Whipersmom. The breeder knew the poor pup was badly bred and she knew she'd have a hard time placing him again ... especially since he was a bit older at that point. Shame on her. I'm SURE she has sold MANY other poor sick puppies. |
