funny thing happened today
 
Heres a story that will probably make you giggle, today i gave Jovie her first bath, she hated it and I was just as soaked as her but we made it thru it, now she looks and smells great, ok so about 2 hrs later we head outside w/ my chocolate lab for alittle fresh air, well scooby thats my labs name went to pee, he's not a lifter and when he goes he just stands there and lets her go, well the next thing I know jovie is under him inspecting whats coming out and yes she was covered in scooby pee, and I mean her entire body is dripping wet, I just stood there with my mouth hanging open while my hubby and son are laughing there butts off, well back to the sink we went for jovies second bath, which she hated as much as the first. ok theres my story hope you enjoyed it know I want to know will jovie get use to her bath sooner or later, or is it always gonna be a battle?

I can picture the looks on all your faces!!!!

I bath my monkey in the tub... that way i can hid behind the curtain when she does the shakes!! but i think every pup varies. Mine doesnt like baths but she doesnt mind them tooo much these days... She just kind of deals with it until its over and then gets a treat!

That is so cute!! Im sure we all can relate to that first bath!! Pokey is getting used hers now. I eased her into it and when she finishes her bath I smother her and tell her how good she smells, etc and she's like a lil girl leaving the beauty shop! She just loves the attention and wiggles her lil buns around the house showing off how good she smells after her bath! hopefully your baby will get used to it too!! thanks for the afternoon giggle!! :D

That is so funny. Yorkies are way to curious. I gave Roxie her second bath today and she was much better than the first one. She shook a lot but didn't try to jump out the whle time.

Conner tolerates his bath, but the first time we go to the park, he rolls on the ground in things he thinks smell great, but he ends up stinking. He is my stinkbaby (and he loves it that way).

I'm sorry for your trouble, but that was so darn funny. That sounds like something that would happen to me. If she keeps checking things out like that, she'll be use to a bath in no time...LOL

Lol that is a funny story!! Poor little Jovie!:eek: I bathe KaCee in the shower. She seems more relaxed if I'm in there with her.

Marley hated her first one or two baths, but after those, she would lie down in the sink in the water and drink it from the sink handle! I'm bathing her in the tub now, so she's still getting used to that. I think it definitely gets better each time.
