No More Leaping FINALLY!! 2 Attachment(s) I started a thread a while ago asking about different [brands, types, materials] pet stairs/steps. Well, after ALOT of different inputs, I've decided to go with a '5-step' pet steps from GW Little. My bed is pretty high (28 inches) and I was getting more uncomfortable with Daisy leaping- sometimes FLYING--off the bed! :thumbdown So they came today and I started training her with it almost immediately. She's doing pretty well with it so far.. She's gonna need some more time to get used to it though. |
I love that they are pink!!! I use a ramp and just keep reinforcing to use them when I get a new puppy. They get the hang pretty quick. |
They look nice!! I am thinking of getting some, also! Wish I had before this leg injury!! I'll will take a look at this type! Do you use any for your couch?? Or just move these during the day?? Banjo does not sleep in bed- he sleeps beside it, so I have to worry about the couch, because he is up and down! |

Unless we get another piece of furniture as high as the bed, it will stay in the bedroom. :) For the couch, I'd recommend getting ottomans..unless of course you have a real high couch.:) |
Imagine that.....they're pink. I love them and wish I would have gotten the 5 stepper and only got the 4 and Izzy can go up but not down since she is afraid to jump down on them. I'll have to check out G.W. Little. |

He knew I was joking though..lol. |
Lucy can't jump up or down so we use stairs for her in the living room and bedroom They are great :) |

OMG! Barbie you even got it in PINK, You are amazing! So cute and special! |
Love the pink stairs. My boys would have been insulted and my dh would've raised an eyebrow. I have a ramp to our high bed, and taught my furbabies to use it by putting tiny treats on it. They all caught on quickly except Cocoa who is mentally challenged. I also did not want the doggies to be jumping on and off the couch in our office since our 9 mo. old Pommie has been diagnosed with grade 4 LP. Our daughter had scoliosis surgery awhile back and had to use a foam wedge. Put a beach towel over it for traction, pushed it up to the couch, and, WALLA! a ramp. |
ive been looking at pet stairs for the past week and a half for my little one (27inch tall bed too) and ive decided maybe to get one kinda like the ones you purchased.. but tehy dont come in that color... where did you get yours from?? and if you dont mind me asking.. how much were they? (you can PM me the answer if you wnat) .. the ones im looking at are a bit over 100 and are made of some kinda tough foam (?) |

I got the "5 steps" whic were the highest (price & steps) for about $100. It is foam blocks and I find it very sturdy for Daisy.  Good luck! |
