I'm having a down day Good news is Tiny is now feeling better after his bout of gastro-enteritis, though he is still no better around Sweetie. I'm feeling down about it because he won't eat so I have had to barricade the door to the bedroom to keep Sweetie away from Tiny's food. She is a FOOD MONSTER! Also I have run out of pee pee pads cos Sweetie has the runs due to the glucose supplement she is on at night. Currently Tiny is sat on the back of the sofa by my head and Sweetie is by my feet. I just want my furbabies to get along... |
awww~ dont worry things will get better :) feel better!! |
So sorry you're having a ruff time! Things will get better soon! ;) |
Sounds like you are having one of " those days ". So sorry..... Hope your day gets better soon. |
Hopefully they will start getting along soon. Just takes time. Hope you have a better day soon. |
I hope your day gets better. Keep your chin up ;) . |
It seems like it took my two FOREVER to get along and now they're the best of friends and chase each other at a 100mph...sometimes I catch them kissing on each other and if you'd seen them when I first brought Kylie home you would not think that would have ever been. So keep the faith dear, I'm sorry your having a rough day, sometimes it just takes a while for them to get comfortable with someone else taking your attention. |
How long have you had the second one? It took Rocco while to "like" Sissy. To a point I was thinking of rehoming her,now he loves her. It takes time,I"d say it took mine about 3-4 months. |

We got Sweetie for Tiny to keep him company when we are at work and also because there is a chance we will move to another country this year and I want to ease the displacement felt by Tiny. I think in my head I had a scene from Lady and the Tramp about Tiny and Sweetie meeting. In reality it's more Greedy and the Wimp lol! :aimeeyork |
I'm glad to see that at least you have a little of your sense of humor back. I'll bet they will eventually be friends...just give 'em time. |
