Does Your Yorkie Ask For Forgiveness???
 
Each time Bengi does something naughty and I say “no” or “bad boy” with a mad face, he comes right at me with his tail in between his legs and kisses me all over the face, or tries to come under my arms and kisses my hands. If I’m standing he jumps onto me like saying “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, please forgive meeeee” It’s so funny! And it’s soooo hard to stay mad at him, I want to stay mad because he did something he’s not supposed to… but he wins me over!!!!
Does you yorkie plead for mercy???

Neither does Millie - she won't sulk, she will discontinue the behavior and go about her business. On to some thing new. She is causal about the whole thing.

sometimes bentley does :p

but miss buffey and gino just go off and sulk...walk away, lie down and put their heads down...they are all boogers! :D ... i do not think i have ever seen miss buffey act remorseful about anything! LOL :)

It amazes me how he knows I'm upset and want's me to be happy
with him at all times. They are just too smart.

Madison does the same exact thing!! She jumps right up on the couch and starts kissing me to appologize! sooo cute!

belle begs for forgiveness, and sulks sometimes... either way i can't stay mad at her cuz i can't stand to see her sad

hahaha yes!!! they're so smart!! they know how to ask for forgiveness! they smother you with kisses with their ears back and their tails down.. it's so cuteeeeee because you can't stay mad then!!

Little Bengi is acknowledging that he made an error in judgement and is asking for forgiveness and approval of the pack leader. For him it is a very serious event. Chizzie, Scarlett, Dovie, Peppy and Kooper somes something similar. Chattie, on the other hand sulls up and stalks away to wait for ME to beg for forgiveness. :D It is a battle of the wills.

Chip pins his ears back, with his tail tucked, crouches down, and tries to give me kisses. Smokey just walks low and hides under the covers of the bed when he knows he's in trouble.

Yep Koda sucks up too, lol! When he gets scolded for doing something he knows better he really tries to kiss some butt, or hands and face i should say, lol! He will come up to me and lick me to death until I finally look at him or talk to him. Then he goes crazy like he hasn't seen me in 6 months wagging his tail and rolling over on my lap wanting his belly rubbed :)
Kammie on the other hand will go sit in her crate and sulk until she feels like coming out. Must be the woman in her, lol! ;)

Tucker definitely begs for forgiveness! He licks me until I pet him so he knows he's forgiven. Lexie on the other hand is so pissed that I dare scold her that she stalks out of the room and lays under the bed until she forgets about it and starts playing again. She such a brat! They are way too smart for their own good ;)

Sometimes Betty will do that. What's worse is if they look all hurt and sad and lay down like they're crying. :eek: That kills me and I have to go and kiss and hug them :rolleyes:

It what I think, they want to make us happy! But still, it's like they know they messed up, they know, so what do they do it?? Because they know we will always forgive them... you just can't stay mad at them for more than 10 seconds!

He does this to me and hubby, the leaders :D But I still think he is the leader because everything ends up being his way... :rolleyes:
