narrowing it down... I think... Okay What do you all think. Artemis or Dick van patten food from petco. My little pup hates his science diet so I ordered Artemis which is taking forever to get here. ughhh! The only food at petco I would try is the dick van patten food but Im curious if this is a good food for my puppy: he itches and has watery eyes(Im sure from the crappy science diet). So what do you all think? Does anyone currently feed Dick van patten puppy food? I know.. I know homecooked would be the best, I just dont have that kind of time since Ive started nursing school. |
dick van patten is good, it doesn't have wheat or corn or other grains in it... it's good... i'm thinking of switching to that from royal canin myself |
Theres 2 kinds, Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance Ultra Premium Dog Food small bites and Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance Small Bites Potato & Duck Formula Dog Food, do u know which one to get? |
Yeah im gonna try the artemis but its to expensive. No one around here sells it. The nearest place is Austin which is 4 hours from here. So when I ordered it online it as 12 bucks but then 12 for shipping. To much money, especially since I want a good cat food as well. |
We got the DVP's Natural Balance, the babies LOVE it! So far no ill effects, I want to give it a few weeks to see how their skin/coat respond to this food. |
I'm going to have to check these out, I want to find a good food for Ava! |
Natural Balance would be my choice. |
We are on the potato and Duck. Its the ONLY kibble my babies will eat and they are doing great on it. Georgetown has a dog boutique that carries ALL dog food and alot of good treats too. |
Yeah I bought the blue bag this morning of NB. They said the blue bag was for small breeds so I bought that one. I guess if he doesnt like it ill try the duck one. Is the Duck one (orange bag) for allergies oo? |
NVM, it is. It sounds yummier. Does anyone's eat the blue bag the ultra dry food. |
