How To Report A Post! For all the new members here and the old I wanted to refresh everyone on how to report a post that is inappropriate, rude, attacking, hateful, you get the idea. We will not tolerate these posts here on YT and that is why we have a reporting system. In the post you will see, under the users name, a triangle with a ! in it. On the post you wish to report just hit that icon. We try to keep up with posts but with the abundance of members and new threads daily we really rely on you to help. Reporting a post is very helpful and will only be sent to moderators and admin. Thank you~ |
Thank you admin for trying to keep us all in line. I know it is a BIG job. |
Thanks for the reminder Kim! |
Thank you, I wondered what that was for. Great to know. |
Oh Thanks Kimberly! The few times i've done it i've just PMed but now that i know what that button does :) |
thanks for the reminder A good reminder.. thanks... I hope I am not a violater. I feel awful we need to be reminded as often as we do. I see more and more posts that have been deleted and threads closed lately. It is too bad really, for this is a great place to be. I am so happy I found this forum. |
;) thank you for the reminder! |
Oh! I always wondered what that triangle thingy was for! |
Kimberly -- THANK YOU so very much for this reminder. It seems like there has been an abundance of over zealous posters and posts lately. It NEVER hurts to be reminded of the rules -- helps to keep us good YT citizens. |
i was just wondering what that thing was for...great to know....it is a crying shame that we even need something like that anyway |
I didn't know that....thank you Kim! |
I haven't been here all that long (was a long time ago, but it wasn't so big then) and it sure seems like we've had to have a lot of "warnings" lately. That's a little sad, even though there are always going to be cycles with both new and seasoned members alike. I think we'd all like to thank our Admin and Moderators for never giving up on a seemingly endless job. I still feel that's what sets YT apart from other forum communities. It may go through stages and it's certainly not perfect (like all forums), but the expectations remain high, and no one gives up on that goal of having a friendly community. I just wish we all self-monitored a bit better to make their job easier. :thumbs up |
