Yorkie bumper sticker
 
Okay, so my friend got this bumper sticker that said "Yorkie's are like potato chips, you can't just have one." She got it from a friend. I am looking for this sticker to put on my car, I've looked on e-bay and some boutiques, can't find it. If any one knows where I could order this, let me know.:aimeeyork :aimeeyork

would you really put it on your car? I wouldn't ever advertise to anyone that I have a yorkie

seems people with bad intentions might try to steal your Yorkie. So try not to advertise you have one.

I agree, I wouldnt advertise that you have a yorkie.

Puppy stealing may not be as nearly as bad in Canada, but it is still an issue -and its a problem that is growing.

We do not take our puppies out around our neighbourhood, and when transporting them from the house to the car, they always go in their carrying case. We drive 15 mins to a park where we take them for their walks.

Ditto, I wouldn't put it on my car, as there are too many bad ppl in the world. I would however, put it in a scrap book or on a collage board in my house with a bunch of my babies pics on it! :D Good luck in finding it!

If nothing else, take a picture of it and go to a sticker shop. They can always re-creat stickers (although it might not be cost effective).

I think they were (at least I know I was) trying to give her a heads up as to what advertising your property can do. :)

yes, that's what I was trying to do when I asked the original question about putting it on her car. I didn't make myself clear, that I thought she would be putting herself & her yorkie in possible harms way. I think I live somewhere safe, but it does worry me that someone would see me with my dogs and follow me home. I don't want to give anyone any more info than they need.

Here in Iowa, it is very easy - as I imagine it is in other states, to look up someone's license plate number & know exactly who owns that plate - from there, learning where they live would probably be easy - so even being parked in a parking lot with that bumper sticker could put one at risk.

Wow! I never really thought about it as putting my yorkies in danger. I just thougt the bumper sticker was cute, and I love my yorkies, and love the breed. But it would make me sick if someone would steal my yorkies over a bumper sticker, and this day, nothing would surprise me. Thanks!:aimeeyork

..........................having toy breeds is an issue for those individuals who see it as an easy way to make a buck. I will never do anything to put my yorkies in danger.......

I was at the park by myself with Jaya and Jenna yesterday, and there was a car that kept circulating around it and the man kept looking at my dogs, and I got really nervous......... i dont care if that appears to be paranoid without reason or what not.

If i had children, and i saw a strange man circulating the park, I would immediately take the kids and go home watching over my shoulder the whole way.
