Really Really QUICK question....... I am about to leave and go get Rocco from the Vet. My question is does anyone know if there will be an "leakage"? He sleeps with me every night so I am wondering how this is going to go because I sure can't have my bed messed up. Anyone have any input????????? |
No there is no leakage from the incision. If there was there would be a problem |
No there should definitely not be any leakage at all, if there is I would say there is a problem.. but I'm sure everything went fine ;) |
No. There wasn't when Riley got neutered. He might act alittle drunk when you get him home. Riley would just randomly walk around and I had to make sure he stayed layed down because he was still whining from the pain. |
should not be a problem, use a healing band or a belly band to cover the incision, to prevent him from licking it. |
Chewy couldn't hold it as well the first few days... we had accidents. But if cleared up very fast and he was fine. I had chewy sleep in a dog bed on our bed, put a pee pad under him if you worry! |
You might get a pee accident or two. He will pee very heavily the first few times from the iv. |
Tino had no problems with that or with his incision....in fact he was back to having "special time with his girlfriend stuffed animal" within days of his surgery. He was also chewing on bones the same day we brought him home after he had teeth pulled!!! Silly boy |
Pee accidents wouldn't surprise me and Ellie's incision did drain a bit. The vet checked it and it was fine (it was just speckled tiny dots of blood on her onesie) and said it was fine. So it can happen. These were very tiny spots though... |
