What I meant about keeping the white, white is a reference to the fact that I don't keep my darlings on satin cushions, but let them go outside to play when it's nice and the whole crew of them gets to play with each other which already wreaks havoc on the blue & gold coats. I am imagining that the white will probably be yucky about 5 minutes after a bath, oh well..

Yes, I will be breeding them when they are ready and am really excited but it'll be awhile.

Thanks so much to everyone for the nice comments. The population could probably get by without antidepressant medication if eveyone had a chance to post a pic of their dog on a site like this one. You are all a terrific bunch.

What beauties!!!!! Their color is amazing. I love them!

Their backs are mostly white. The bigger girl has a saddle of black about 3" along her topline, just in front of her hip with 3 spots in front of that up the center. She has another black area on the side of her shoulder. The gold is limited to her face and ears. The little one has her black saddle just in front of her tail and black and gold on her sides just behind her front leg. Her facial symmetry is a little off with more gold on the one side than the other. These are faults I can live with since health, bites, conformation and size are all good.

They truly are beautiful!! They look so well behaved and healthy also! I am already looking forward to many more pictures as I am sure everyone else here is!!! :D :thumbup: :thumbup:

Sounds like my Hope. She has a lot of white too. I have a male that comes from a darker background so I hope that will even the markings out. Do you have a male? Just a suggestion, but I'd look for a male that is opposite; more dark than white otherwise you may run into fading down the road. Good luck!
