Talked again with lady in NC
 

Well, I couldn't stand it no more, I had to call whether she knew it was me or not. So I called and told her it was lynn agian about the Yorkie and wanted to know if the lady did indeed take her. She said, do you know while the lady was here someone called from a dogrescue? It scaried me too death, she said. She told the lady that she didn't want to get rid of her now, and the lady went out the door with the dog and on the way out told her son that she wasn't talking to a crazy lady! She then went on to tell me about the puppy she had and that I could come look at her tomorrow that she will be ready in 6-8 weeks, and that she was a tea-cup. She went on to tell me about her dogs and the vitamins, and revolution and how she fed her dogs, which all sounded good on the surface. after 30 minutes of hearing her life story i finally asked her name and isn't Melinda, it's Brenda. sorry they sound alot and I got confused. I do beleive the lady that got the dog, seen that it needed out of there because she hauled ass with the dog while insulting Brenda. I know it is true that is did indeed have the female because I could hear that lady when i was talking to her. She hung up with me and I guess someone from here or a rescue called before the lady left because she made a beeline to the door while she was on the phone. I really do beleive the new owner will care for her but Brenda didn't get no info on her since she left in a hurry. LOL!

Good work!!!..and why she would think anyone who knew what happened today would ever buy a pup from her is beyond my comprehension :( !!!!

Well at least we can hope she went a good place. Are you really going to go look at the puppy? Might give you a chance to see the place?? hmm... BUt good job no matter what!

Oh!!!..ha-ha, she really is crazy, but I do feel bad for the baby :(

No, I just was acting like I was intersted so i could find out where she lives. I'm suppose to call around 11:00 to get directions. I'm not even intersted in buying another Yorkie, I just called about the free yorkie to see why it was free.

I was out of town for a few days and am just catching up. Could you give me the link for the original thread bc I am LOST! Where in NC is she?

JMO, but why doesn't some one from here go look at the pup and if she is willing to sell for a decent price take it and turn around and sell it?? Sounds kinda like she really doesn't have the best situation going if the female was in that kind of shape.

I don't know how much she wants for the puppy, but she has a 6 month old male she is wanting to sell for $800. The mother was hairless so who knows what kind of condition with puppy have grow up to have.

Thank you for posting the link to the original thread! I just caught up... So it sounds like we are 100% positive that the female yorkie that needed medical attention has been taken? If you speak with the woman again and the person that took the dog brings it back, I will get in my car and go get that baby and take care of any medical bills! Consider it done! I wish I would have seen this thread earlier bc I would have gotten her and that way we would have known for sure that the Yorkie was taken care of! (Sorry... my flights were delayed all over the place and I got in later and I slept in today!)
As far as the other dogs that this woman has... is she a breeder or what? Are the other dogs sick and in need of care?

Yes,, we'll be going through this again , when the pup is hairless, and oozing from her body, etc, SOunds like she shoudn't have any pets, she can say she cares, and takes care of them, but NO SANE person would let THEIR dog like that,, money or no money!

that is so sad but hopefully that poor dog will get a good home :)
