Most of them look terrified. I do not think I could put them in a ugly dog contest, if they were mine. The owners that have taken them in  Ok now here is the dumb question, would not their tongue dry out? |
poor Archie, he was shaking like a leaf, so scared :( |
keep the I feel sorry for yourself I am quite sure these people really think their dogs are beautiful. beauty IS in the eye of the beholder. I have a girl and she just had three of her last five teeth taken out,and sometimes her tongue hangs out a little.OMG! SOOO ADORABLE:D BELIEVE ME SHE IS BEAUTIFUL TO ME AND I WOULDN'T WANT ANYONE TO FEEL SORRY FOR ME. BUT HEY THERE WERE A FEW YOU KNOW ONLY A MOTHER COULD LOVE BUT THATS OK(ps I have watched this program 4 times):D :D   |

Every pup I got to pick out of a litter when I was growing up was the one I thought nobody else would want - the ugliest, homliest one. I had the best little friends I could ever want. Beauty IS in the eye of the beholder and it is only skin deep. I adore ugly pups. Just like the Special Olympics - why not let those who aren't blessed with perfect genes enjoy being in the spotlight. I don't really think they were terrified - they are natural shakers. If they were scared, wouldn't they be fighting being there instead of just looking at everyone? Most of those little puppies were rescued from puppy mills or worse and given a second chance to be something special in somebody's life. why not celebrate it? I think it's a great idea.:) |
Darn it, I missed watching that one. I was watching Animal Planet earlier in the evening. It was Animal Cops somewhere in Michigan and they went to this guys house and found 240 some cats he had living in his house.  I love watching Animal Cops on Animal Planet. |
