Patti, Thank you for your beautiful prayer. I cried as I read it. I am sure Lindsay and Chris will be very touched by your words and the concern you and Jack have for them.

What a beautiful prayer from Baby Blessing. Amen. I pray for Lexy's safe return. Please try to take care of yourself too. I know your heart is broken.:unlove: Know that so many people are praying. :ghug: & wish to surround you with support.

i just found this thread....did you say she had a microchip?......this is a sign to others that we all need (me included) to get our babies microchipped....praying for a safe return and happy ending.....

No, Lexy wasn't microchipped - but if someone questions whether she belongs to lzpeaches, they had done bloodwork shortly before she went missing

just wanted to update everyone on lexy...we are sad to report that we have had not had any luck with finding her. we are still trying to find her though, but it is just getting a lot harder everyday! i want to thank everyone for their precious words and notes. it had really touched my heart and i am a faithful person and it is so great to know people are thinking about lexy and i :)

I know it is disheartening that you have not found Lexy yet...but stay strong, and know that someone has her and she will be returned to you. YT'ers are true prayerwarriors, and we won't stop praying until she is safe in your arms.

I am so sorry you haven't found Lexy.. but all I wanted to say is.. look at Denise and Maddie... such a happy and incredible ending.. I am postitve you will have yours...

It is with a heavy heart
 
I am so sorry to share the news of Lexy.

Some will wonder what took so long to share, but I really felt like this was lzpeaches news to share, but she has been dealing with a lot the last 2 weeks. She had intended to post earlier - besides dealing with the grief, she has been dealing with so much more - the horror of dealing with the girl who was to be caring for Lexy, and the fact that she was packing her home in Iowa up to move back to Michigan. This morning she gave me permission to post for her. She just arrived today in Michigan & will be moving into her new house next week - hopefully in time she will be back on YT. You can PM her if you wish.

Lexy's body was found. It is very likely she was hit by a car - she had crossed a very, very busy 4-lane road with turn lanes. The area where she is found is kind of "ditchy" for lack of a better word. So she was probably laying lower than the area between the street and the sidewalk. She was most likely buried under snow for weeks.

The paper did another story about 10 days ago. If you read the comments, you will find that you have to hit last, to actually go to the first comment
