So sorry to hear this terrible story about your little Milo....my dog and I almost got hit by a car last week by a car that came speeding around a corner that we cross every day at least 3 times a day. It is a one way street in a residential neighborhood. Would never expect it a moron to speed around a corner like that...but they are out there. Luckily we got out of they way but it was close. So you really never know what to expect never mind if the dog or area are new to you. Sorry you had to experience this. Tina |

And the boarding post is in regards to the one we already have and have had for a year now. |
Thank you for your story, I had NO idea of puppy mills. by the picture you posted, you can see that he was bonding to you,:) :) This sure is Fantastic information, thanks for posting, and welcome to YT |
yes jrincon17...you confuse me too....:( tina |
mom2milo sorry people are acting like you are lying. If anyone read the whole op they would have understood that you had 2 dogs. I don't get how people can skim things, make assumptions, and call people out on a public forum. It drives me nuts. If you have questions about someone...PM them! Some people just like to start trouble, if not ... maybe they just didn't read it all.... or they are ....hmm... I don't know... guess that is the only 2 reasons people would attack you (on a thing that can so obviously be answered). |
I am so sorry for both you and for Milo.....This is really a great Forum...Like some said, this weekend has been a little crazy for some.... Please give YT a chance, You can meet some really wonderful people and learn alot.... Joyce |
I am sorry this happened to you. I think it was wonderful that you were sticking with this little guy after learning his past. When I was Younger my sister Roslyn's poodle, Pepper, took off and she crossed a busy street and was struck by a car.It was so sad and something that has stuck with me over all these years. I will not let Jeter outside with out his leash at all, you never can tell if an animal will get spoked and take off on you. Thank you for posting your story as I think we all can learn from each other on here even the sad stories can teach us something. How nice that you opened your heart up to Milo, his short time with you was most likely the best time in his little life! |

Don't get discouraged Quote:
Please don't allow this one individual keep you from staying at Yorkie Talk. There are a lot more people here offering their support and comfort to you instead of berating you. People shouldn't speak against others without paying attention to the whole story. And no one's perfect and they can't say they wouldn't have done the same thing in that situation. No one can unless they are actually in it. Stay strong. Here's a quote for you that I really like: "...Who are you to judge the life I live...I know I'm not perfect and I don't try to be. But before you start pointing fingers make sure your own hands are clean." |
I'm so sorry about Milo. |

I'm so sorry for your loss, he was a real cutie pie, please stick around and dont get discouraged by some of the "trolls" we have on here sometimes;) It was not in any way your fault, you did the best you could in a tough situation it was an accident, plain and simple! |
so sad ... RIP Milo, you know you were loved. |
I have a similar situration o my hands .I wanted a yorkie but I couldnt afford the price of a puppy so I got an older female. She had been a kennel dog all her life and was used for puppies only. The lady sold her to me for 400.00 so I agreed. She was scared to death to come in my home and every time I would hold her she would tense and shiver like I was going to hurt her.She was also a runner if she got out my door she was gone and she could run fast.I still have her 2 years later she has came along way from where she was all she needed was to be loved and not be treated like a money tree.I still have to watch the door closely if she is running around in the house but other them that she is doing very well.Im sorry about milo but you tried to do a good thing by getting him out of his situation. |
Milo I am sorry you lost Milo...but comfort myself that our lost loves are at Rainbow Bridge, never to suffer again...whether it be from old age, illness and disease or cruelty at the hands of humans....You gave Milo love and God bless you for that...I am sure he is very happy now. |
I am sorry about your lost.. RIP MILO:( |
