What a difference a day makes!

Roxie started to come out of her shell last night and has been playing with toys and even tussling with Pixie. She is also snuggling with the others. I was a bit concerned as she was so skittish, she just needed time to adjust. She still is not eating as well as I would like but getting better. She spent part of the night in bed with us so I think it wil be hard to get her in her crate tonight!!!lol

She is such a doll. I'm happy to hear that she is adjusting to life at her new home with her new fursibllings. I'm sure it will get better and better everyday. Enjoy your cutie!!

OMG She is adorable!!! I think she would sleep MUCH better next to you in your bed..(You know you didn't want her in the crate anyway :) )

I love her little face! I think Mama spoiled her by letting her sleep in the bed!:lol tears You'll have to see what she 'says' tonight!!

I love the picture of all three sleeping...that is so sweet. So glad Roxie's decided it's not such a bad place there....and I see she's working on training YOU! LOL

Thanks she surprised us today and found her own way up the ramp to the bed when we weren't looking, all I need is her to find her way down and she can sleep on the bed. She has been snuggled up all day with me and the other yorkies. It is getting a little crowded with 4 dogs in the bed!!!
Sheila-- I couldn't respond to your last pm as your box is full!!!She is eating Sensible Choice NAtural blend kibble that Susan had her on and I am mixing a tiny bit of California Natural wet to get her to eat a little more.

It took Sadie a bout 24 -48 hours to wind up around here...I was worried she wasn't healthy because she was so quiet and shy!!! But she made herself at home after she got to know us....Poor scared babies....

I love the last pic where all three are snoozing. They are so beautiful! Love long hair on Yorkies even though mine are trimmed. My 11 yr. has so much more spunk when she's trimmed. The 10 yr. old is small (3.4 lbs.), has such short bowed legs that she looks ridiculous with long hair, and the 1 yr. old tussles too much with the Pommie for me to dare allow his hair to grow long. It's been 48 hours now and she is running like crazy and her and Pixie are chasing each other!! Must be the magic number. I'll probably wish she would quiet down soon!!

I pick up my puppy tomorrow. I work a FT job - I was wondering if I should ask my mother to watch my puppy while at work. Or do you think he will be okay on his own..?

I LOVE the name Roxy - as I have one myself. I always wanted to get a girl dog to name her Roxy. Her name is really Roxanne - but it got kinda long, so Roxy it is.

She is a Doll - Congrats - I must have missed the thread of you getting your new addition, but she sure is a beauty :D
