How often do your furbabies dream? I have 3 dogs and only my Yorkie does this. She has what look like nightmares many times a night. She moans and yips, breaths heavily, and twitches. Im sure its not the same as with us, but it makes me wonder what she is dreaming about. |
MY lily does this ever day at nap |
Ah, Parker always dreams, twitches, yelps, and "runs" in his sleep. I think its totally normal. :) |
lol mika always wakes me up and scares me with this |
Max and Bella do it everytime they are alseep but i haven't seen Sam do it yet. |
Mine definitely do it...some worse than others...they will "woof" in their sleep, paw at the air, bite, roll around, twitch, etc. lol it's quite humorous to watch...the first time I saw it I thought they were having a seizure or something lol |
Yep, totally normal both our girls twitches, yelps, breaths heavily, waggin tails, and "runs" in their sleep. I always wonder what they're dreaming. |
Both of my babies have dreams. I have a maltese and a yorkie and they both alternate:D |
Bailey doesn't dream, just snores about as loud as her Daddy  |
I Have Not Got To Experience The Dreaming Part Yet But The Snoring ... Oh My He Rattles The House .. I Have To Look And See If It Is Him Or My Hubby ... Most Times That Are Trying To Compete Hahaha |
4 Attachment(s) All three of my Yorkies dream...Tara the most....same thing, yipping, running, twitching, whisker moving, etc. Our Bearded Collie does it too. In fact ALL the dogs I've had have dreamed, and so do our cats !!!!....we must all be mad Scotsbeings ! It's better than my hubby snoring anyday ! :D  :animal-pa Debra 1.Tara,7.5yrs 2.Tammy,4.5yrs 3.Casper,5.3yrs 4.TASHA,6.5yrs |
AprilLove does 3 or 4 times a week. I know because she sleeps pretty much on top of my head :D the other night, she woke me up because she was making sounds that could have come from a human, not kidding. She sounded like a woman, not a dog. |
Chip has nightmares, he makes these sounds that he doesn't make when he is a wake. It's not every day, but if I am home when he does it I wake him up and re-assure him he is not in that horrible (pre-rescue) place anymore. Sometimes Harley will get out of his bed to check on him when he makes the noises, he's a big sweetheart. |
Yep... Miz Meka does it too... Infact, a few nights ago she popped up from her sleep howling  I'd never heard her do that one before :p |
actually, today peanut was doing this and her eyes were kind of open a little bit. i was scared she might be having a seizure... when i tried to wake her up, it took her a few times of moving her for her to "come to." would you say that is normal? |
