Does anyone's dog like to nibble? Dusty loves to nibble on your clothes. Does anyone know why he does this? He get's the skin sometimes, and it hurt's. Someone told me he was trying to de-flee me, I didnt know I had flee's. He does it all the time. |
Mine licks clothing. Its strange!!! |
Have one that licks material, one that nibbles when stressed, and one that infrequently nibbles when she is happy. Joanne :aimeeyork :aimeeyork :aimeeyork :dog: |
I can't stand it. I love him to death but, that drives me crazy. If he is in my arm's and, he's not asleep he is nibbling my clothes, or trying to lick my feet. I guess it is just a way for them to show their love. |
We call those "love bites". Lola does it when she's feeling very lovey dovey. Sometimes it does hurt! |
Sal chew clothes and nibbles fingers and toes but does not lick them. |

my bobby does all of the above. He licks clothes he nibbles at them, he chews them. He does it when he is playing. Sometimes I find him in my bedroom where he gets a sock out of the hamper and is chewing on it. (yuck!) I dont know why he does this. |

Zoie will lick my skin till she goes to sleep sometimes. Or bite on zippers when she is teething bad. |
Kayla has litterly tore up a quilt on our bed. She doesn't nibble she bites and it hurts. She doesn't want to go to bed when its time and she will start this. She also licks my neck in the morning and puts her foot on my cheek to hold me down I guess. We have tried everything to stop the biting and nothing has worked so far. |
