Sorry, I agree. The puppy is cute; but looks mixed to me. If you just want a pet, that is one thing; but if you are trying to get a full blooded yorkie, I would keep looking. Good luck either way.:) |
yorkie?? She doesn't look like purebred but that doesn't mean she wouldn't make a great pet. Legs look long on ohoto, but it's really hard to tell just from a picture. |
I don't think it's purebred...I would keep looking...you may have to pay more, but, in the end it's worth it.. |
I would ask to see new pictures of the pup, and pic of parnets |

I think the puppy is just adorable. I would prefer to see her in person and I would make sure you get a health guarantee in writting. Now as far as price, that is very high for what looks like a mixed puppy. The legs are very long and thick and the hair very short, not like a pure yorkie puppy should look like but like others have mentioned hard to tell from 1 pic... Good luck either way :) |
look at her other listings on that site..the boy looks the most like yorkie, but, then the legs don't look like yorkie legs even on him |
She doesn't look purebred, and she does look a little sickly. |
If it is a purebred yorkie, it looks like it will have a coarser coat that will have trouble growing. The puppy looks sickly to me. You have to be very careful with Petfinder.com While there might be a few good breeders on there, most of them you want to stay away from |
I thought she looked like a mix also...Her legs were long for a little yorkie if you ask me, and her coat looked to short. I'm no expert but I would look around a bit. |
Hey Gang! Thanks for all of your help! I've decided to keep looking and guess what? I found one maybe 2 hours from my house! He's full and he's a doll. If I can figure out how to post his pix I will and the breeder is very nice so I dont have to worry bout supporting a puppy mill! |
I can't be convinced that she is a purebred Yorkie - if I were you, I would pass...but that is just me. Regardless, she is cute - looks kinda sad in the picture though :( |
