Yesterday afternoon our neighbor used our truck to take....
 
thier dogs to the pound. Our neighbor don't have a car and they said that they need to use our truck to move some stuff out of their house. We agree if they put gas in it. We were not aware what they planned to use it for and when we did find out I completely lost it. I can never trusted this people again. I can understand why people take furbabies and in 6 months get rid of them. What is wrong with people like that? I have no been able to look the lady husband in his face with out wanting to hurt him. I feel so bad that we help them do this? I am not sure what to do:cry:

Hope for the best, what kind of dogs were they? Too bad you couldn't go down and rescue them and give them a better life. :(

is this a kill shelter they went to?? :( I so understand the difficulty that you have with what they've done & the inability to communicate with folks you have to be neighbors with -- but I think you need to educate these folks in a kind way.

Do they realize these dogs may be killed and not experience a warm loving home - why didn't they try to find forever homes themselves?

it is a kill shelter, the dogs are a large mixed dog and a small little dog. The husband is the one that did not want them. He want to save money for a big screen tv so he took them down to the shelter and did not let his wife until she came back from Maryland this morning.

This is ridiculous!! Well the little one will probably find a home if he is a friendly loving dog -- around here, the small dogs go fast. It's the bigger dogs who have a hard time finding a new home. Can she or will she go down & get them back? I would just go in & say those are my dogs, my hUsband gave them up behind my back and I want them -- then she can at the very least give them to someone who does want them & she knows where they are.

This guy sounds like a fricking control freak - what a Jerk :thumbdown :thumbdown

I'd have my butt down there getting my dogs BACK...even if it meant paying to get them back.
Wouldn't be any big screen tv coming...he'd be dead.

Agree 100% the sife should go get those babies back and find them a good home that desrves them sweet furbabies

I would just like to add to this comment: Maybe she should drop the husband off for "rehoming" when she picks up her babies? Maybe he could find a loving home with a big screen tv :mad:

I'm sorry that they took the dogs to the pounds, but atleast they didn't just dump them off.

Ohh thats sooo horrible! That lady needs to drop her husband off for rehoming like others mentioned and get her dogs back! Dont let that man in the house period! How can you live with a person who trades animals for the TV??? That man is the biggest jerk I have ever heard of.:thumbdown

Ask the wife if she would like to borrow your car to get her dogs back. There are many words I would like to use towards her husband, but they're not allowed on YT.

for understanding. I still have a lot of trouble walking out in my back yard and not see their dogs. Last night, while I was walking our dogs. My husband said that Pam(the wife) came by to tell me that she and their baby was going back to Maryland for awhile. She just can stand being around him right now.

Oh my goodness. You know, I had to let a tiny little chuckle of disbelief out when I read this. IF my husband ever pulled such a stunt (which he NEVER EVER would) let's just say that he would be missing a few parts when I found out about it :mad:

Just thought I'd add - they need a "shelter" for people like THAT guy. Why not load him up in a truck and drop HIM off at a damn shelter!!

Let the wife do it - then instead of going and buying a new big screen t.v. afterwards, she can go look for a new husband ;)

That poor gal. I hope she has supportive friends and family. :(

That poor woman she must be a total mess right now :( I hope things workout for her. I also hope either she or someone else saves those poor babes. Didn't you say it was a KILL SHELTOR?
