R.I.P. Ralph
Ralph died 1/13/2008
On saturday ralph began throwing up and acting very sleepy, I knew something was wrong. I called the vet and on his day off he came in for me. He gave ralph a couple of shots and some over the counter meds and said it was nothing serious. BUT if he wasn't no better by monday (today) bring him back and they would admit him. All day saturday I held ralph in my arms. He didn't eat or drink although I tried and begged him to. All he done was throw up. After I put the kids to bed, I held ralph until he feel asleep in my arms in his bed blanket. Sometime later that night I put him to bed. Early Sunday morning before cooking sunday breakfast I ran to check on ralph. I couldn't find him anywhere, not in his bed, not in my son's (jonah) bed or on the couch. I found ralph in my oldest son's room(Ra'Merrius) under his very 1st blanket. I screamed and woke my son. Needless to say it turned into a funneral. I have never been so hurt. Ralph was my very 1st and only yorkie. The tears are still unbearable and the pain is still strong. I'm sure there will be other big brown beautiful eyes that stills my heart but ralph will not be forgotten.
Sorry this post is so long but THIS HURTS. Sooo, i'm in alabama so of course i'm on the look out for a new baby ( I was looking for ralph a playmate anyway) if anyone hears about babies for sale. Thanks to all my yt friends for making me feel great here and for the wonderful christmas card exchange. Hopefully, I want be gone long but I want be posting for awhile. I'll miss you YT
