Hey everybody, just saying hello.
Happy Sunday! :)

I would like to share with all of you the best show on TV.

I am learning so much with Cesar Millan ( the dog whisperer ).
Check it out and I hope you enjoy and learn as much as me.

i got his book Be the Pack Leader for Christmas. I can't say i like all his methods but i have certainly learned many get ideas!

It's my favorite show, too. My problem: Being pack leader to these precious faces that I want to kiss all the time, so I end up feeling guilty for sharing affection at inappropriate times..hehe

This is an awesome show. My husband and I love it...It is so amazing the way he interacts with each of the precious dogs. Caesar Milan is AWESOME:) We have learned so much from watching this show...just wish I could implement the plan as good as Caesar....ha ha ha :)

It sounds like we are all learning.
If you notice our dogs are happier when we take the position of the pack leaders.
Being a pack leader is a tough job for them.

LOL I know! Pippa is going through furniture boot camp right now. She can't come on the furniture unless invited, however, she is out of control even if she gets invited so NO MORE FURNITURE for Miss Pippa. She has her own lovely doggie couch (or divan, or setee') hehe.

I've been eyeing that book, "The Loved Dog" which seems to be the polar opposite of Cesar's philosophy, but I might be able to deal with guilt feelings. The problem is, I know Cesar is right!!

We love Cesar! I don't get to watch much, though, as I'd have to put Abigail in another room! She barks at the dogs :rolleyes:, and the stress isn't worth the fight to make her stop.

Tiffany, try contact paper - upside down (sticky side up) on the furniture you don't want her on. A couple of times landing on that, and she'll prefer her own divan.

Cesar is just using the natural instincts of the dogs he is not training them.
That's what is great about his philosophy.
The power is in us.
He is really training humans.
You can do it! We all can!
DON'T HUMANAISE YOUR DOG!
I love it!
Humans just complicate things.
Our dogs are a lot more simple them us and I like to believe they a lot happier as well. We have a lot to learn from them. :confused: :animal36
