Happy 1st Birthday to my sweet, sweet Sophie!!! 1 Attachment(s) As we came up to this day I got more & more excited. The closer it came to being Sophie's 1st birthday I continued to think back more & more to the days I went to pick her out, then the next trip to pick her up, the INSTANT love I had for her... Then..... the horrible, gut wrenching feeling of almost loosing my baby 2 times in the first week I had her. Alot of you know her story, I almost lost her to cocidious/hypoglycemic combo... The first entire month I owned her, taking her EVERYWHERE with me b/c having to force feed her every 1 1/2 or so to make sure her blood sugar level didnt drop etc... All my clients knew that I would have my baby with me and all were supportive. All the sleepless night b/c of the feed schedule. NOW.... I am just soooo excited and pleased that TODAY... I get to give my sweet baby lots and lots of love, kisses, hugs and birthday wishes. I am THANKFUL for this birthday and realize with every passing year I will be that much more thankful. Thankful to my vet for getting my baby to a point of good health that I can have her today. Today I want to tell my sweet Sophie how much, momma, daddy, Cody, Cory, Sady & of course Rusty love her.
