I believe Kim said that they were going to see the specialist towards the end of the month when the one her vet recommends comes...

I'm sure Kim will be along soon to update you all though.. :D

Awwww thank you for asking. We are doing ok :) My vet has recommended a new opthamologist that is coming into town towards the end of the month so we are just waiting to make an appt. Hallie is adjusting. I had a little scare the other day when she ran into the coffee table fairly hard. We saw the vet yesterday and she just has a little bump.

I've also noticed some other things she's started doing such as following the wall down the hallway, I have to talk to her when I come in the house and that's how she recognizes me.

Daycare is getting a bit more difficult. She has snapped at 2 dogs in the past few weeks so they are going to set up a special area for her on the days I take them there. She's also been more hesitant when we go for walks so I have been carrying her more in her sling carrier.

I have figured out that this experience is much harder on me than it is on her :) I think I'm going to get Simon a little tshirt that says "Seeing Eye Monkey" and he can wear it for Hallie :)

Thanks again for asking, it means a lot to know that my YT friends are thinking about us.

Oh gosh hon...I know I saw mention of someone asking how she was but I hadn't seen what was wrong and didn't want to pry . Poor baby. I can't begin to imagine how you must be hurting for her.

Sending her big kisses and hugs. I think that shirt would be very appropriate.

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear about Hallie, but I hope she gets better soon or at least can adjust. Your babies are so sweet, I went to your website the other day and read ALL their posts LOL Too cute.

I too am interested in how Hallie is doing. Keep us updated. Poor girl and I am glad to hear the day care is willing to help you out by getting her some space of her own.

Thinking of you Hallie, puppy hugs to you and Simon for helping out..

glad she is adjusting... I was worried and I thought to myself I wonder how she is doing... glad everything is a bit better:)

I'm glad to hear she is adapting. It sounds like you have quite the Day Care :) your monkeys are so lucky! but honestly how od you say no to those eyes :) Its understandable that she snaps at the dogs... she probably can't see them coming and then all of a sudden there is someone much bigger than she is, in her face... poor thing. I'm sure she will love all the extra attention of the "special area" Let us know how it goes with the specialist :)

Prayers for Hallie, such a sweet girl. I know brother will keep an eye on her, and what a good mom you are. Giz sends slurps all around, and do keep us updated. :)

I'm so sorry! I didn't know about any of this. I hope everything will be ok with Hallie. I know what you mean abot the wear and tear on yourself.:)
