Yes all yorkie to me too!! My boss has some that are all silver--almost white--she is a precious baby!!!

First of all, your furbaby is 100% Yorkie and 100% adorable!!!! I have gotten several comments like the one you got but I just chalk it up that the person asking is not very "bright"!!!!! lol
My Buddy is grey/silver on his body and his face is really white/silver. (he is 1 year old) My sister even hurt my feelings over Christmas about Buddy's coloring. She has a Yorkie that she bought from a lady that occasionally has a liter but is not really a breeder. My Buddy was bought from a very reputable breeder. But her Yorkie and my Yorkie look completely different. Perhaps the grey/blue Yorkies are not as common; therefore, people think they are not 100% Yorkie!!!
Either way....I think all Yorkie's are adorable!!!! Sorry you had your feelings hurt!!!

Kalina is 9 months and her silver hair is starting to turn gold. It's normal to be silver at that age.

First off let me say that she is GORGEOUS. My little Rocco is 5 months and he is now almost completely silver and looks very similar to your Roxy.

I agree with the others. I would have had to politely asked the girl if she was some form of "Yorkie Expert" to be asking a random stranger a question such as that. Either way, Roxy is beautiful and if you love her that's all that matters.

your baby looks 100% yorkie to me! I know how you feel. I get asked whether my babies are 100% yorkies or not..gosh, it annoys me also. i just ignore it since they are the people that don't know anything about the breed.

I am repeatedly amazed at how many people, strangers, have negative comments about someone elses yorkie. Your not alone!

She looks all Yorkie to me. Don't listen to people. They can be stupid. :rolleyes: Baby is big for the breed, and since she's not a "teacup" she gets questioned too. I don't worry about it anymore.

Your baby looks 100% yorkie. My aunt's yorkie is also very light in color all over, and he is just a beauty :)

100% Yorkie!! A cute and beautiful one too!! My Chloe has similiar color too..She isn't as dark as other Yorkie..she is more on the silver tone side too!!! Don't let those people get to you!

she looks all yorkie to me also, these pups change colors forever... i'm still waiting for her to settle, her fur dad was silver and blonde though... thats what she looks like she's gonna end up as... btw your baby is gorgeous
