1 Attachment(s) People are idiots. She is a full yorkie there is no doubt in my mind. When is Roxy's birthday? Smokey is about 8 months (born on April 8, 2007) and he looks like a grown adult yorkie and is probably a lot bigger than most yorkies. He's between 10-13 lbs and he's a full Yorkie. This is what Smokey looks like. People ask me if he's mixed all the time and I tell them that he's big because of the bad "breeding" that is practices that are done at puppy mills, but he's beautiful the way he is. |
Fulk Yorkie. People don't seem to see how many shades they can come in. |
2 Attachment(s) Roxy started to change color early. I know she will change for the next two years but my lil girl is beautiful to me. |
She's definately purebred, and GORGEOUS! |
she is so gorgeous! the last pic you posted with her tongue out made me laugh so hard. too cute!!! barbies turning silver too... i think its pretty common and just as cute! i actually LIKED barbies grey spot on her head thats part of what made me like her so much. a little more unique then her brothers and sisters |
looks all yorkie to me |
Did You Get Papers With Her? Thats Your Ansure |
She's a cutie and looks 100% yorkie to me! :D |
She looks like a yorkie to me. A lot of yorkies turn silvery on their back. A lot also will break silver on their head before it turns to gold. |
110% Yorkie! You're a better woman than me, I get peeved and shoot out attitude when people question my dogs. lol By the way, where did you get her precious little christms dress! |
She is beautiful! Totally 100% Yorkie!:) :) :) |
Diggy is also very silver around his face, and he is a full yorkie. The general public only know about yorkies by stupid celebrities, and thats the extent of it. I get the size question alot in regards to my two boys, then I tell them Yorkies were originally this size and were bred smaller. Then its obvious they know nothing more about the breed and shut up. |
All yorkie, and a beauty at that! |
I think she looks full yorkie. There are some babies that get their silver in sooner then others. Just means she's going to be lighter in color. (This is what I've read). There's another lady on here that posted about her little girl she's a newbie and her baby is 6 months and is already that light creamy butter color. Just gorgeous. Don't listen to what others say to you about your baby.. Its just like if you had a human baby someone will always say something negative. Like oh he's to fat or should he be looking that way. Just because they are NOSEY!!! Yes thats right NOSEY!!!! So let that lady's comment be water under the bridge hun.. |
The really sad thing about that whole situation is that she had two yorkie's with her. One was a cute older teapot and the other was the same age as Roxy 8 months and his head was starting to break silver. That is what boggled my mind that she was a yorkie owner herself. How could someone own a yorkie and not know much about the breed or standards. If I were a rude person I should of acted like i didnt know any better that yorkie's can grow up to 12lbs and questioned her furbaby. lilbumbleybees thank you the Christmas dress is from go fetch. |
