O.k...this is weird! The girls are so rowdy it's like having a pack of wild dogs running around our house when they're out for playtime. But, when we tape their ears up they lay down and go to sleep. They had their rollers and tape in last night and today, everything was quiet...we took it out to massage them and redo the tape and they ran like crazy all over the house...growling and acting like wild dogs! We just now put their rollers and tape back in and they're both laying down like little angels again. Jo and Riley are scared to death of them when they're acting crazy...I think they like it when we tape the girls' ears! The good news is...I think it's working! Maddie had both of her ears up while the tape was off and megan had hers up and down...I keep telling them beauty has it's price! |

Can we see some pictures of those beautiful Biewer girls? :D |
Aww that is so cute. I notice too that all 3 of mine act crazy and hyper and play with each other but as soon as i put the girls dresses on and Teddy a belly band they calm down. London goes and pouts and Sophie stands still and looks around lol Only if i say let's go out will they get excited. They love being nakey and natural:p |

Awww, they are so pretty!! Both girls look so innocent. :D I love the roller picture! |
They are SO pretty! Their hair is gorgeous!!! Love the rollers! :D |
They are so beautiful!! Evertime I see one, I go into a have to have mode. My husband says I can't open anymore threads about these gorgeous spotted pups. Well, a Gal can look can't she? have a wonderful holiday:) |
What do the rollers do? |
Wow, pink sponge rollers, huh? I've never heard of that method before....only read of using tape only. The rollers would save from having to put tape directly on the pups ears. Think I may have to try that. |
Aww, the girls are just beautiful! They sure look unhappy about the rollers though - LOL! |
Thank you for your nice comments everyone. vduback...the rollers give support to the ear and help shape it instead of flattening it with just tape. luckylady...I've never had to use this method before but it was recommended by a breeder so we'll see how it goes. I keep checking to see how they're standing...I don't want them to curl around too much and look funny so when they start showing their own support I'll quit using the rollers and let their ears do the work. Oh, if you try it be sure to take the plastic spines out of the rollers first! |
