Dear dirty furkids Hi! It's me, Milo. I'm writing to tell you all I've made a record. I've managed to go for one full month without having a bath :D (although my luck has finished today, my mummy has bathed me:( ) Just in case you want to go without bathing for sooooooooooo long, I tell you what I did. First, I was neutered. I was a little afraid at first, when my mummy left me at the vet's, but they played with me and then I don't remember anything until my mum came back. When I was nearly well, I got an ear infection, and the vet told my mum not to bathe me for at least 15 days more ;) An added bonus was that my mum had to put me an oily stuff in my ears, and as soon as it went in I shook my head to spread it as much as possible:p Very soon all my head and neck were covered oil. And my friend "Negro" the terranova licked it, which I like - but my mum didn't because it added to the mess. Today my mum has bathed me :( and she says I look very pretty and smell of green apple. I still prefer being dirty, but at least my mum has cuddled me a lot, and given me my favouritest treat. dis is fletch... me and my bro dex wes gone like 2 weeks no baffs... but mommy keeps talkin bout da groomer tomorrow and us gettin da 'works' before we got to new mexico to see grandma! Mommy says she wants us handsome and smellin good for our traveling! Wes going on something called a plane next week. I dont mind da groomer too much, she does not yell at me when I poops on her fwoors! But den mommy weaves us here FOREVAHHHH!!!! Wes don't like dat too much! She says someting like Now she can actually DO some tings before we come home and bes under her feets alls the time! Oh well.. it was good while it lasted! And grandma will be soooo happy to see us and she'll cuddle us mores when we smell all nice and handsome! |

Hi, I'm Milo again. thanks for your replies. Your praise made me blush. :wub: I forgot add that I made the bath water chocolate colour. I was so proud of myself, and I thought my mum would love it - after all she loves chocolate. But for some reason she didn't like it, and said that I'll never again will go without bathing for so long. Mummies are weird sometimes. :thinking: Today I've been combed for a long time, because my auntie is coming to meet me. She lives abroad and has never seen me (only in photos), and my mom wants me to be real handsome for her. (She doesn't know I've been playing and ruining my hairstyle:wink: ) I don't mind being combed, since my mum bought an special brush it's real nice, and I enjoy my mum's full attention. By the way, I've never been to a groomer. My mum says she'll take me in spring. How is it? Does it hurt? Wet kisses to all, Milo |
Oh Milo, me and my mom, Chloe, think you look so handsome. Today is our bath day too and we sure dread it. Mom tries to cuddle with us wrapped in a towel after our bath but all we want to do is run around and rub ourselves on the furniture. We run really fast all over the house - do you think this helps us dry faster? We really like being dirty too. We roll around in the yard and get all full of leaves - then we bring a whole bunch in the house - it's sooo much fun. You need to try it! Hi, Darla. I also like playing with the leaves, but I don't like when they get tangled in my fur. I haven't got a yard, but I play with the leaves in the park, with my friends. And I also hate being wrapped in a towel, but my mum uses the hairdrier, which is worse... and closes the doof of the bathroom so I can't run away. Hope yoyu manage to avoid as many baths as possible. Milo |
