I'm happy the breeder is taking her back. That way we can hope that she'll find a home with someone as caring as you.

It's good that you learned quickly that a puppy was not right for you. She's still so young and will be just fine going to a new home. I'm glad her breeder is taking her back.

I know how you feel:( :( I am sorry, I too fell in love with a baby girl, got to keep her for a few hours and then had to give it back,........It still hurts:( :(

if you were told you were getting her and its not in the contract for the breeder to get her back then i dont see why she just cant sell her to you. hmmm i dunno confused.

Or instead.....get the breeder's info and if the breeder approves of Misti1, then maybe she'll sell the puppy to her. If the breeder wants the puppy back, it should go to the breeder. The breeder can decide who would make a good home for the puppy

Oh no I didn't mean to cause a stink..... I think the lady did what she thought was best.

In life Ihave learned not to test the winds of fate, and perhaps this one was not meant for me. I'm just getting Mika on the right track, and maybe now was not a good time to bring a baby in anyway. Mika is doing so much better on so many levels. Perhaps it is best that I wait and see if my daughter is going to be able to pull of this move she wants to make, thus perhaps taking Mika with her, and then get a baby of my own.

The right one will come along for me.

Thank you all anyway for the concern. I think we all fell in love with that little angel yesterday, and again, I applaud the Mom what had to be a very difficult decision.

So sorry you could not keep her. I am glad though that you decided to let the breeder know and that thay took her back. SHe'll find a Great forever home and you did the right thing.

Yep, but I am willing to bet the farm that the price just went UP on her just by changing hands.

Only one way to know;) Call Find out I bet unless Dixie Chick was selling her cheaper. Her breeder will sell for at least the same as she was the first time. If not well then I wouldn't get her in that case.

The main reason I didn't call is because the breeder mentioned she already had people interested, so I figured she had plans for the little girl.

It really was the right thing to do though with calling the breeder before letting someone else take her.

Well if you don't ever call, then you for sure won't get her. But if you call you at least have a chance. If you are really interested in her, give the breeder a call. Many times a breeder will have several people interested in the same puppy..the breeder picks who they think will make the best home for the puppy. With a good breeder, it's not a first come, first serve thing...they choose the best home for that puppy
