How do you bathe your dog? Are there any special tips you have for bathing your yorkie. Gus is large, so I have to use the bathtub. I don't have a problem with his body, but his head and that "lovely" (nasty) facial hair, Ugh! Washing it is difficult enough, but rinsing it is almost impossible. Please Help! |
I use a wash rag for the face and ears. When I rinsh Deiter I get the wash rag dripping wet, then go over the face (like ringing it out) it takes serveral times but this works for me. Good luck. Great question. I will keep looking to see how others do there fur kids. |
I wash them whole then use their little rags for their faces as well:thumbup:  |
I take mine in the shower with me. I have a large stand up with glass doors that is huge and I have a removable head with a sprayer and I use baby shampoo for thier faces and just spay the soap out and make sure not to get in their ears or eyes and nose. |
I used to put Bella in the dishwasher...but her hair was out of control! Ok ok YTalkers you know I'm joking! Simmer down,now.. I use the face cloth too |
Thanks for suggesting the rag. I never thought about it but it sure will make the washing of the face a lot easier. It's such a drama and if it's not washed right it sure can get stinky. I especially hate the eye boogies. |
I use a wash cloth to do their faces, and then try to rinse it the best I can with the wash cloth. Then much to their dismay I pour water over it. |
