Gina's 3rd week with this Hello to everyone.....I get a lot of answers from friends and my vet about puppies having worms. My vet told me it was common for puppies to have worms..of which I am giving Gina medicine twice a day. This is the third week of medicine doses. Each week I gave a stool sample to the vet and it came back positive for worms (its a long name). My friends have told me that my yorkie could have gotten it from eating poop or leaves, etc. Have any of you gone through this with your puppies? Gina is going to be 7mos. old. :animal-pa |

Maybe ask the vet if theres another kind of medicine he can give her. It seems not to be helping. I hope your baby is fine soon. |

problem Gotta...can you drop off a weekly stool and keep her on the meds until clear? Quite frankly, the vets office is a place to pick up parasites if they are not very careful. Never let her on the floor, makes sure they disinfect the table..go in a carrier and home in a carrier.. |

Aside from the problem, gina and boobah play together, but sometimes it gets rough. I have to separate them. I have to take boobah today to the park and walk her. She's been cooped up in the house Saturday and Sunday. Thanks for the info.:animal-pa |
