I ordered the white/gray plastic one from Petsmart.com. I ordered when they had free shipping on anything over $50... I just checked, and they actually have that special going now!!! It's a good size, because you can make it into a hexagon, a rectangle, or a number of other shapes. It also folds flat for traveling or easy storage. It has room for their bed at one end, toys, water, and a pee pad at one end. Also, you can unhook it, and make a big "gate" across larger areas. It came in handy for us when we had trick or treaters here on Halloween-I kept the dogs in the kitchen, but they could still see out. Also, it's plastic, so it won't rust like wire can.
Also, you can add/remove panels to it to make it larger or smaller. If anyone else you know has one, you can also link them together for a big play yard!
If you use an X-pen, make sure you let them in/out through the "door" on it...once you pick them up and over the edge, and they know that UP is OUT, they start jumping :rolleyes: Just a tip! |
