Test to see the real age of your Furkiddos Ok so I seen this site about how old is your dog really or how young are they. Take a peak. Let me know how this worked for you. Did it surprise you. Let us know... http://www.dogage.com/ No more multiplying by 7 years to learn your dog's age in people years. The DogAge Test measures your dog's biological age, based on your dog's health, breed, risk of disease, and behavior. |
I took the test. It was way tooo long ! |
My dog is 3.5 years younger than other dogs at this stage....but I answered the vaccine question wrong (forgot the ones that she had - she has had all that are required). And so the only thing we had against us was that me and my hubby feed Jeanie. But in all honesty I feed her 99% of the time. So we almost got a perfect mark for her......and she is going to live a long life. Yahoo!! |
Lacy's DogAge is 13.1! That's 4.7 years younger than the average DogAge for Lacy's breed. I think they held it against me that i put that I put homecook (they didn't have a raw option) |
Man that was a looong test! Here's what our results were: Sugar's DogAge is 11.4! That's 4.2 years younger than the average DogAge for Sugar's breed. DogAge is the biological age of your dog, measured in people years. Your dog is lucky to have such a good caretaker. You can make your dog even younger by checking out the details of your results below. The negatives listed improper feeding and poor nutrition. That made me chuckle since I home cook and have spent a lot of time studying dog nutrition and making sure his diet is as healthy as possible. I'm guessing it because when it asked how often he gets people food I checked always. Oh well... |
Coco Chanel's DogAge is 8.6! That's 3.4 years younger than the average DogAge for Coco Chanel's breed. DogAge is the biological age of your dog, measured in people years. Your dog is lucky to have such a good caretaker. You can make your dog even younger by checking out the details of your results below. |

Anytime things like this want your email, then I have to pass. We get tons of spam and had to set our blocker on high. I wonder if there is something like this out there that don't ask for your email address? |

My golden in human years is 10 but according to test is 37.3 which is 15.9 years younger than other dogs in his breed at his current age. Only thing I do wrong is possibly his diet which is supplemented with healthy human food ie. fresh baked chicked, fruit, and vegetables. Cozy, yorkie, a little over 18 months human years (born April 1, 2006)- According to the test is 11.3 which is 4.7 years younger than other dogs in her breed and current age. Only thing I am doing wrong is not have her spayed and possibly her diet (same as above). She only gained. .1 year when I changed my answer to spayed female. So overall my dogs are pretty healthy. |
I like it, but its sponsored by Purina, so its gonna say that your dog is less healthy if you home cook for them than if you feed them a "premium food like Science diet." |

It seems like ALL our dogs are "younger" than average. Has any1 got the results "older" ???? |
No one's said yet. But I think thats great that everyone is pretty much on the same track. Thanks for trying it out for sure. I started to do it for my springer spaniel that I gave my mom after her rottie died cause she was lonely and omg i'd hate to see the outcome of that result. Katie was a petite Springer Spaniel. we ran every day, went to the beach, took walks and truck rides, we'd even go to the pet stores together. Since she's been w/ my mom, she doesnt go outside when it snows, she lays on the couch, eats human food, cant bark cause she's so fat, LOL.. Now they put her on a diet and in 8 months she's lost 3 lbs of the 10 she must meet as a minimum.. My moms excuse "I can't keep her out of the kitchen" Like mom like Katie. LOL..... |
