Question for those with a good memory. Remember the member who was concerned she saw her puppies photo still for sale on the breeders site.? I recieved an email from the breeder telling me this little girl was available and ready for shipping. I can send you her email if you want to clear this up. |
I remember it - don't remember who - but THAT is scary and a sign of a scam - the breeder will probably ship a different puppy - ANOTHER reason to be VERY WARY of internet sites ! Way to go Pat - you do GOOD undercover work ! |

breeder Took awhile to get a response, but she emailed last night. I told her I was only interseted in the puppy on the green rug, the one our member said was hers. Breeder said that pup was available. She is 1.5 at 12 weeks, $1400/$250 shipping fee. |

It was Maxx's mom who was told her puppy had died but was still listed at puppy find or somewhere. |

Hi all, I don't understand. I just recently talked to her and she said it was just a mistake. I e-mailed her under false pretenses to see what she says and she said that puppy is only from the same litter as the one for sale. I don't know what is going on, but I will catch her in a lie if she is. I will not give up until I get to the truth. I hate to think that she is scamming and maybe I was fooled by her accomodating nature and friendliness. But even if she is, none of those puppies look at all alike, so if she's promising someone my Coco, they will get what's coming to them. I will find out and let you all know. Thanks for you help on this one guys. If she e-mails anyone else saying that the middle pic puppy is available please let me know. This is so upsetting. I just hope it's a misunderstanding but I don't want to be naive. |
pup If you want the email PM me and I will send it to you by email. There could be a perfectly good explanation. I did tell her I was ONLY interested in the middle pup/green rug IF she was a female..she said she was..and she was a ready to leave. |

I also emailed her and have had some correspondence today. I also asked about the pup on the green rug and she did not tell me she was available, but said that she has 2 girls and will email me pics today of the pups. I don't think this is a scam, I think they are just pics she has on the site to show you yorkies. I think she is legit because she said she would take new pics today and she never actually told me that "coco" was available. Will post more info later. |
Forgot to say that when I receive the pics, i will casually ask if they are the same pup. ;) |
I just got a response from her saying that the puppy in the middle has been sold, but the female in the main picture is available plus another girl. I'm waiting to hear from Pat and Sam to see what the response will be. Thanks all |

breeder I think she just got confused...sometimes pic's are just a way of showing the types of pups you get...you got a sweet little girl...no harm done if she is mixed up. |

Yes Coco was born 3/7/05. Yea I think it was a mix up. I feel really bad for having all those horrible thoughts about Patty in my head..oops...but you know so many people are scamming others, it's hard to tell them apart. She didn't seem the type but I didn't want to be naive. I'm glad it's just a mix up. Thanks all for your wonderfun PI work..hehe :p |
This is the response that they sent to me after I asked if "coco" in the pics was still available and if the pics they sent today are the same pups: The pics with the pens were taken when the puppies were about 8 weeks old. They were born 4/6/05 which will make them 13 weeks old tomorrow. We do believe they are strong enough to fly even though they are small. They are completely weened and eating great. All of the pics I sent you today were taken today.* Thanks,* Pat Maybe she is confused about which pics are actually posted, but she did give acurate dates of birth. |
