Rudy's 1st Vet visit Went to vet for health check yesterday.. he is great.. He weighs 1.8 lbs .. my question is this.. how do you calculate how big he will be at adult.. Also, they recommend that he only be neutered at 6 months.. what has everyone elses experience been? Thanks |
http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16045 Go here to calculate approximate adult weight. Neutering at six months is fine. |
this is the one I really like(might be the same as the other one posted), but right now, the last 2 times at the vet, she's staying at the same weight as the chart is showing http://pomderosaranch.com/ToyBreedWeightChart.htm |
Gizmo was all over that chart. It's tough to predict since they go through growth spurts. At one point I thought he was going to be ten pounds! LOL! Six months is about when Gizmo was neutered. You can have any remaining baby teeth taken out at the same time that way.:) |
Glad the visit went well, and six months sounds about right. |
