? Opinions Needed On Knitted Sweaters For Yorkies What is your opinion, do you think it is better that yorkies sweaters are knitted as pull overs or those which are knitted and have snap or velcro closures? Thanks, Patti |
i personally like the pullovers better :D |
Cozy has 1 button sweater and after a few times wearing it the sweater won't stay closed. She had a ton of pull over sweaters and coats. Only down side is I find her hair gets tangles more easily with sweaters than coats so more brushing. |
I like the pull overs, they just seem so much easier to put on and them seem to last longer as well. I envy you, I sure wish I could knit. I have tried for a long time to learn how but just can't get the hang of it. Maybe I will take a class sometime that can help me learn. |
I like the pullovers best. Suzy gets distracted by buttons and velcro. |
I also prefer pullovers. I always get Bitsy's fur stuck in the velcro  |
I like the pullover ones the best. this way you're sure they'll be nice and warm. |
Thanks Everyone I also preferr to knit the pullovers, am knitting couple sweaters as a gift for a friend, so wanted others opinions, pullovers they will be :) Anyone wanting to learn to knit there are so many places here on the net that show you how, I did a search on learning to knit and this is only one of many that came up. http://learn-to-knit.com/right6.htm This following site I found to be exceptional, as it also includes free instruction videos, I viewed some of the videos and found them to be excellent. http://www.knittinghelp.com/ Knitting is ever so relaxing and enjoyable,If I may give a couple suggestions in knitting, QUALITY YARN is worth the extra cost. I also love to use the circular needles. Have a great day. Patti |
I Love to Knit I'm a KnittingHelp.com fantatic :) I've been knitting for years and next to playing with Lucy it's my favorite thing to do to relax :) |
I like pullovers much better. I find the closure ones never have a proper snug fit. Pullovers are always snug and cozy. |
