Bump on Luci's back????? Luci has a bump on her back. The last time she had her shots was in June. She has had this for some time now and she acts fine. Could it be from the rabies shot or some other shot that long ago? Does anyone else's have this? |
To be more clear, its like one of those bumps you et when you bump your head and you get a knot. |
I wish I could see what it looks like..Haley(shes almost 5) had one on the back of her neck, I had numerous people tell me it was just a cyst, I finally took her to the vets and it was a tumor...I scheduled her surgery for the following Monday(took her on Friday) and thankfully it was bening..If you're concerned with it, please take her to the vet...without seeing it, no one on here could really pinpoint what it is |
is it under or above the skin? is it soft or hard? can you move it around? It might be a fatty tumor or it might be something else. Only way to tell is to let the vet do a fine needle aspirate. |
i had the same question awhile back! I'm not sure how long after his shots... but Oliver got a bump the size of a silver dollar on his back! I was freakin out. It went away a month or two after I noticed it. It must have been from the shot in my case. I hope your baby is okay! |

Bella had a lump too... it moved a little... took me at least a week to realize it was her MICROCHIP!!! duh:rolleyes: |
I think you should see a vet, just to be safe. |
It could be from the shot. She probably had an allergic reaction to it. It takes time to go away. My babies had the same thing, but now it's gone. If you are still unsure, go see the vet right away! |
Charlie had a shot last wed and he had a small bump for 2 days, Its gone now, I would check with your vet to make sure its ok. |
I'd take her to the vet to get checked out. |
Rosi had one removed last yr, was watching it for several mo. and noticed that it was getting bigger.. thank god it was benign ! I would just have it Vet checked to make shure ! |
