I can assure you that you would not get a good contract OR decent paperwork... Wizard of Claws is a HORRIBLE puppy broker! I just can't understand how they got their hands on a Biewer! These puppies are in such high demand, I can't imagine any breeder selling a puppy to WOC!

I just don't get it :mad: If they are soo bad why are they still in business.Isn't there any organizations that protect the consumers?
I guess they have been around for a long time for everybody here to know them.Is there anything we can do?I hope after posting this thread alot of people will read it and STAY AWAY. :thumbdown

They have been around for quite a while.. I have never heard a good word about them..They are brokers and manage to stay in business because they have managed to advertise and reach the portion of population who usually has more money than brains...
I have looked at the picture again and I still would not say without a doubt that the puppy is a Biewer..I am no expert but I am owned by 3 of them and they were much better looking so I am not positive about that puppy. It could be a mixed breed being pased off as a Biewer..

The Wizard OF Claws has been busted several times. So many people have filed complaints against these people in Florida! The prices are outrageous. Sorry but I've seen way cuter dogs for less money.

I agree Lily.. how many people have actually seen a Biewer in person and on top of it would know what the standard is to be able to tell the difference btw a mix or a Biewer, so that we could say without a doubt that this is even a Bewer! I agree with Rini.. I think they (WOC) market to and are appealing to that segment of the population that wants anything that is "rare" regardless of quality and will pay top dollar to have some thing that others don't whether or not it is truly something of value.

that is so sad!i know that all states have different laws right? what about where they are located are there laws there to shut them down? i live in monterey and thank god that it's against the law here to sell live animals out of a store. that puppy looks so sad :cry: it just breaks my heart :unlove:

I friend of mine just got a maltese yorkie mix pup and it looks almost identical to the pup in question here. I saw this post awhile ago and thought nothing of it but I got to see my friends new baby tonite. Its unbelievable at how much alike the pup here looks like my friends. If I can, I will get a pic and post it for you all to see but it might take me some time since my friend lives WAY up in northern WI and I wont see her until next month.

I am soooo jealous of you! I spent a month out in CA and the Monterey/Carmel area was to die for!!! You are SO lucky to live there... I wanted to stay! :D
