I have another one to tell. I usually do not take afternoon naps unless I am sick. For the past week, I had a bad cold hence I have been taking lots of afternoon naps and when I do, I am not allowed by my littly guy to sleep on the bed because he couldn't check on me. He will bark to the extent that I will not be able to sleep if I try to sleep on the bed. I have to sleep on the couch and he will jump up and walk up to my chest to check if I am breathing from time to time. He will be off to see grandma and play and then back to check on me. I find that so sweet:) |
Daisy is a big time talker. So when me & my hubby are having a discussion, to make my point, I'll say to Daisy "Tell Daddy that Mommy is right" and she will jump up, look at him and growl. It is so cute. |
Opie thinks if Dad is laying on the couch, sitting on the chair, well lets just say if he's in the family room at all, then it's time to play, He's not suppose to bark in the house, so he makes all these other sounds, he will take his front paws and punch Dad in the shoulders, climb on his chest get right in front of Dad's face and finally when Dad say's well, Opie cocks his head to one side, ears go straight up and you can see him smiling this is it PLAY TIME, yepppieeeee Love it when he turns his head to one side |

I love all of these stories -- keep them coming  |
Normally while I am brushing Opies teeth Sophie will wait in the doorway, but today I had to go find her, her whole 4 lbs was slumped to the floor, ears & head way down, I picked her up and said what's wrong sweetie, she buried herself into my shoulder and as I turned around, saw the problem inches from the wee wee pad, was poopie. Now, ya'll must understand the ONLY time they have ever had a harsh word spoken to them was when they were going outside they're area in the backyard ( to dangerous, we have owls, hawks, everything ) after brushing missy's teeth she walked WAY WAY away from where the evidence had been......I told her it was ok, it was Mommies fault.... It's incredible how much they know, and you sometimes don't even know they know.....:) |
Megi's bed Ok.... my 5yr old skin baby has slept w/ me since she was born... then my 2yr old.... then Chloe (megi's furbaby). Well... when Megi started K-5 we told her she had to move to her own bed.... gradually of course. Well she took Chloe w/ her and now when I take Chloe out the last time if I forget to take her back to Megi's bed and put her on my instead she stands at the corner of my bed that faces my door... and stands there and stands there.... I'm taking my makeup off brushing my teeth.... opps... I realize... before I even get her to Megi's bed she sails out of my arms and into her new bed sleeping curled up under the covers w/ her little mommy! |
