I'm leaving my baby for a week!
 
Tomorrow, I have to go to my dad's house (my parent's are divorced) for about 8-10 days. I have to leave my furbaby TJ at home. I know my mom will be with him and take great care of him, but I want to stay with him. My dad is taking my brother and I camping and I don't want to go, but I have to! I hate camping and, I want to stay home with TJ. I know that some of you have gone on vacations without your furbabies. How did you survive without your Yorkies? :(

oh thats a hard one cause i couldnt be without my baby :( i will be anxious to come home :D

:) Hi my family we just got our little one about a month and a half ago and we had to leave her while we went on vacation to disney and to visit my mom in florida for 2 weeks, but my neigbhor took care of her cause she has 2 yorkies her self and one is about the same age of mine but I tell you what I was so happy to come home even though I spoke to my neighbor and princess every night and had picts to look at. Vacation just didnt seem all that fun with out our new addition to the family or my other fur babies so any how make sure you take a cell so you can call and talk to them and also take lots of picts that way when you start to think that you miss them just look at the picts and time will go by a little faster.. oh also try to say busy so you dont spend every moment wanting to be home with your baby. just try and act like you are having fun so time will go by faster.

You go have fun with your dad and brother! Mom will take extra good care of TJ for you. You will enjoy her so much when you get back. Camping isn't my favorite either, but one of my best memories is of a camping trip I went on when I was about 14. I met some new kids and we just had a wonderful time. I hope you will, too. Can't wait til you get back and let us know how it went!

We'll miss you! When you get back, you are gonna have to get busy to catch up with me again! :D

Oh, it isn't easy. But the trip will be over before you know it. Be careful...you have a baby to come home to.

I hope you end up having a great time. :D Were also going camping & I'm just trying to make the best of it! :rolleyes: Everything will turn out okay. ;)

Good news! I just spoke to my dad and I told him that I hated camping, which I do! He planned on going camping for 6 nights! We were going to go canoeing, horseback riding, etc. He also has dogs (a shepherd and a boxer mix). He is taking the dogs but he isn't picking them up till Monday and he needs my help with the dogs. So, Monday morning, he is going to pick me up too. That way I only have to stay 2 nights away from my baby. Then I come back Wed. for TJ's vet appointment. Then, I go back to my dads on Friday until Sunday. This works out great. I don't have to be away from my baby as long, and I get to have a little fun while camping! :D

Thanks guys for all the support. Everything is going to work out just fine!

That is what I would of said...lol..I hate CAMPING, BUGS or anything OUTDOORSY...lol, I'm not girly but I hate dirt, fishing, and the wilderness..I once dated a guy who was into that..ummmm..it lasted like 1 month...lol, I couldn't do it..I still run from bees and spiders...lol

wow we are totally opposite!!! i love camping, bugs, dirt, fishing, and i love woods and wilderness. i am not in the least part girly. lol

I just hate sleeping on the ground and all of the bugs! I hate when all your clothes smell like smoke and using the public showers there! Eww!!!

Yup...I can't sleep if I think that a bug is gonna crawl on me....I hate having my hands dirty, and even at the park I feel like I have to wash my hands like 30 times..lol, OCD anyone..lol, not only that..I hate the smell of outdoors and the noises..I don't know I guess I am just a city chick...lol

I can handle being outdoors, but I can't sleep on the ground with bugs! It just really grosses me out!

I am a TOTAL girly girl but I LOVVVVVE camping. It's so relaxing and fun. I love pitching a tent, and smelling funny, and being dirty..hehe
