| emilyann | 11-08-2007 11:29 AM | Baths and going crazy The other night we gave Lilly a bath since we can't afford to take her to the groomers right now. She was fine when we were getting her wet, then I started to put the shampoo on and she still seemed to be fine while it was going on her back and everything then I gently rubbed it into her legs and proceeded to rinse her and she started flipping out... whining and trying to get out so we hurried and rinsed it off and put her in a towel and I was sitting in the living room with her and she started absolutely going crazy, she jumped out of the towel while my boyfriend was drying her and she started running around and running into EVERYTHING and yelping, she was even running into the wall . So I picked her up and tried to dry her as fast as I could and noticed she kept biting at her legs and when we let her down to get the blow dryer she was biting even more at her legs like they were killing her. I'm so confused as to what went wrong or what was bothering her. I'll never be giving her a bath again because this scared me to death. I used Johnson's baby shampoo on her because it's the only thing I've found that doesn't dry her skin out. Any ideas? |
